What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck for the Growth tier customer, prepared by Marcus Bell for the review on 3 Jul 2025. It flags low use of the 40 licensed users, one high priority ticket and one overdue invoice, with the term ending 22 Aug 2025. It sets no new price or terms.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly review by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, with Priya Raman named as commercial owner. It reads usage, value, support and billing ahead of the term end on 22 Aug 2025.
Commits: nothing contractual. The deck says "The executed order form is the reference for price and terms. Nothing in this deck changes it." Actions are owned by Marcus, BG-Demo finance and Priya, mostly within weeks or before the end of July.
Unusual: it states contracted annual recurring revenue of £40k for the Growth tier, a figure to check against the executed order form, which is not in this document.
Not settled: which of the three teams the active users sit in, whether the high priority ticket was closed, why the invoice is overdue, and the next term's price or terms. The deck is dated 2025 and is stale for the current position.

Ashwell Mercer Interiors - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier Prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Commercial owner: Priya Raman Review date: Thursday 3 Jul 2025 Status: Final, version one
Purpose of this review
This review looks at how Ashwell Mercer Interiors is using B-Glass, what is working, what needs attention and what we agree to do before the current term ends on 22 Aug 2025.
The brain was set up for the project, commercial and credit-control teams so that each client's projects, variations, calls and invoices can be seen together. We have kept that purpose in mind throughout.

Usage: where we are
Read the whole document (4,553 characters)
- The number of people using the brain each day is small compared with the 40 licensed users. Most of the licence is not yet in regular use.
- Active users are up a little on the previous quarter, which is encouraging, but the direction matters more than the level and the level is still low.
- I have not seen evidence in the records of a broad rollout across all three teams. It looks as though a handful of people carry most of the usage.
- When a small group does most of the asking, the value depends on those individuals staying in role and staying engaged. That is worth planning around.
What the usage data does not tell me is which of the three teams the active users sit in. That is the first thing I would like to establish with you.
Value: what the brain is for
The original case was simple: someone in credit control should be able to see a client's open variations, recent calls and invoice position without opening four systems. A project lead should be able to ask the same question and get the same answer.
For this review I would like us to agree on one or two concrete questions that each team asks every week, so we can measure the value against something you recognise rather than against a generic usage chart. I have pulled the numbers I can, but the best evidence of value will come from your own teams.
Support and service
- There has been one support ticket in the last month, and it was marked high priority.
- I would like to go through it with you so we both agree it has been resolved to your satisfaction and that nothing is still open on your side.
- Service levels for the Growth tier apply as set out in your order form.
Commercial housekeeping
- One invoice is showing as overdue in our records.
- This may simply be a matter of timing or a routing question between our finance team and yours. I would suggest your finance contact and ours confirm the position directly so it does not distract from the rest of the review.
- Anything about price or terms for the next term sits with Priya Raman, and she will be in touch separately.
Risks and open points
| Area | Observation | What helps |
|---|---|---|
| Adoption | Usage is concentrated in a small group relative to the licence | Name a champion in each team and agree a short onboarding session |
| Support | One high priority ticket in the last month | Review together and confirm closure |
| Billing | One overdue invoice | Finance to finance conversation this month |
| Renewal | Term ends on 22 Aug 2025 | Start the renewal conversation now, not at the last minute |
Proposed actions
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Walk through the high priority ticket and confirm it is closed | Marcus Bell with your operations lead | Within the next two weeks |
| Identify which teams the active users sit in and who is missing | Marcus Bell | Within the next two weeks |
| Run a short hands-on session for credit control and project leads | Marcus Bell with your team leads | Before the end of July |
| Confirm the status of the overdue invoice | BG-Demo finance with your finance contact | This month |
| Open the renewal conversation and agree the next term | Priya Raman | Ahead of the term end on 22 Aug 2025 |
Next steps
I am happy to jump on a call to go through any of this. Shall we book 30 minutes in the coming week, with someone from each of the three teams if possible? I would rather hear where the brain is not helping yet than assume it is.
Thanks, Marcus
