What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft proposal of 21 Jun 2024 from Priya Raman for the Growth tier. It quotes a £40k annual subscription and a £52k first-year deal amount including implementation, with P1 first response of one business hour. Not binding until an order form is signed.
What it is: a draft proposal prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, for the project, commercial and credit-control teams. It states "Scope and commercial terms are not final until an order form is signed under the master agreement."
Commits: nothing binding. It describes Growth service levels (P1 first response of one business hour, nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days) and invoicing annually in advance.
Unusual: the document separates two figures. The £40k is the annual subscription; the £52k is the first-year deal amount including the one-off implementation fee, and it "should not be read as the annual price".
Not settled: the system list, team sizes against the user allowance, executive sponsor, security review, and annual or quarterly invoicing are open points. Availability is only "the standard Growth availability commitment", with no percentage stated. No connector go-live days are given. The evidence does not show whether an order form followed.

Body
Ashwell Mercer Interiors - Proposal v1
Status: Draft
Prepared for: Ashwell Mercer Interiors, Reading Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 21 Jun 2024 Customer Success Manager: Marcus Bell
This draft is shared for discussion. Scope and commercial terms are not final until an order form is signed under the master agreement.
Context
Ashwell Mercer Interiors is an office and retail fit-out contractor working for landlords and corporate tenants across London and the Thames Valley. Each client engagement produces a trail of information in different places: project records, variations and change requests, client calls, emails and invoices.
Today the project, commercial and credit-control teams each hold a part of that picture. Reconciling it by hand takes time, and it is easy for a variation agreed on site to be missed by the people chasing payment. You told us you want all three teams to see the same client, project and invoice story, without anyone rebuilding it in a spreadsheet first.
What we propose
Read the whole document (5,773 characters)
We propose the Growth tier of B-Glass, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. The brain sits as one queryable layer over the systems your teams already use, so that people can ask a question in plain language and get an answer drawn from all of them together.
Who it is for
- Project teams: see each client's projects, open variations and recent calls in one place before a site meeting or a client review.
- Commercial team: check what has been agreed, what has been priced and what has been invoiced for any client.
- Credit control: see the project context and recent conversations behind an outstanding invoice before picking up the phone.
What is included in Growth
- Pages, chat and search across your connected sources.
- The dashboards builder, so your own teams can build the views they need.
- Quarterly business reviews with your Customer Success Manager.
- The Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance, which we will confirm against your list of systems before the order form.
- The standard Growth service levels, described below.
Scope of the implementation
The implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off piece of work delivered by BG-Demo. It covers:
- Setting up the brain inside your Snowflake account.
- Connecting the agreed systems, such as your CRM, helpdesk, accounting system and the mailboxes and shared drive your teams use.
- Loading and indexing the historical records so that the first questions return useful answers.
- Training sessions for the project, commercial and credit-control teams.
- A handover to Marcus Bell, who will own adoption and your quarterly reviews once the brain is live.
Connectors named in the final order form will carry a commitment to go live within an agreed number of days. We will agree that list with you before anything is signed.
Service levels
| Area | Growth commitment |
|---|---|
| Availability | The standard Growth availability commitment |
| Priority one first response | One business hour |
| Nightly refresh | Complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days |
| Service credits | Available for availability breaches, at the Growth rate |
The nightly refresh matters for your teams in particular: credit control should see yesterday's invoices and calls when they start work in the morning.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £40k |
| Growth implementation, one-off fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount (first year, including the one-off implementation fee) | £52k |
To be clear about how the figures fit together: the annual price of £40k is the recurring subscription. The deal amount of £52k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as the annual price. From the second year onwards, the subscription is the only recurring charge.
The subscription is invoiced annually in advance. If quarterly invoicing suits your finance team better, we can arrange that on request. Standard payment terms apply.
Why Growth rather than Starter
Starter is designed for one team. You need three teams working from the same view of each client, and a dashboards builder so that each team can shape that view for its own work. Growth is the smallest tier that gives you both. If you later add a further team or more systems than the Growth allowances allow, additional users and connectors can be added without changing tier.
Open points for this draft
- Final list of systems to connect, and the order in which they should go live.
- Confirmation of the number of people in each of the three teams, to check against the Growth user allowance.
- Who on your side will act as day-to-day contact during the implementation, and who will be the executive sponsor.
- Whether you want to review our security documentation before the order form is drafted.
- Whether you would like annual or quarterly invoicing.
Next steps
- Your side: review this draft with the project, commercial and credit-control leads and send us your comments.
- BG-Demo: Priya Raman will turn your comments into a revised proposal and prepare an order form for review.
- Together: a short working session next week with your teams to walk through two or three real client examples against the proposed scope, so that everyone is clear what the brain will answer on day one.
Happy to make this easy: if it helps to keep momentum, we can run the working session on your premises or on a video call, whichever suits your teams better.
