Completed security questionnaire dated 30 Jun 2024 for Kersey Mill Foods, answered by BG-Demo. Brain hosted in the customer's Snowflake, up to eight connectors, refresh complete by 07:00, Growth miss earns a service credit of five percent of one month's subscription cost.

What it is: a question and answer sheet describing hosting, connectors, refresh, access and incident handling for the Growth tier. It is a descriptive sales and security document, not an order form.

Commits: "the refresh completes by 07:00 each business day" and "a miss of our standard availability target earns a service credit of five percent of one month's subscription cost". Implementation is stated as "eight weeks from contract signature".

Unusual: the document says "the Growth tier does not carry a service credit" for a late or failed refresh, which matches the brief: Growth is credited for availability only. Access is by "username and password login", with no SSO mentioned.

Not settled: it states no price, signature, contract date or renewal. The stored status is final, but the executed order form decides contracted terms.

QuestionAnswer
Where does the brain run?The brain is hosted inside your own Snowflake data warehouse. You control the infrastructure, the permissions, and the data.
What systems does it connect to?You choose up to eight connectors. Common integrations are your CRM, call recorder, email platform, product analytics and finance systems. The brain reconciles and queries across all of them.
How often is data refreshed? We refresh your data nightly; the refresh completes by 07:00 each business day. You can trigger an immediate refresh whenever you need one.
What happens if data goes stale? If the nightly refresh fails or is delayed beyond 07:00, the Growth tier does not carry a service credit. We alert you and work with your team to fix the underlying issue (usually a system change you have made).
How do you secure access?Your Snowflake instance uses username and password login. You manage user creation, deletion and permissions through Snowflake's native controls.
Can users access raw data? No. Users ask questions in plain language via the brain'

s chat interface. The brain returns answers; users never see or access the raw data directly. | | What happens if you experience an incident? | We investigate any issue, document the timeline and impact, and propose fixes. For the Growth tier, a miss of our standard availability target earns a service credit of five percent of one month's subscription cost. | | How long is the implementation? | The Growth implementation takes eight weeks from contract signature. We handle the security review, Snowflake configuration and connector setup. |
