1. Parties
This Agreement is between:
- BG-Demo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales
- Marchbank Couriers, hereafter "Customer"
2. Services
BG-Demo will provide B-Glass at the Starter tier, including:
- Access for up to 15 users
- Connections to up to 4 systems
- Search, chat and pages over the Customer's data
- Nightly data refresh
- Email and chat support
Implementation includes configuration, data loading, and training, delivered over 4 weeks.
