Draft version 2 of the master services agreement for the Growth tier, prepared 8 Dec 2025. Availability 99.5%, P1 first response 1 business hour, subscription £48k per year after a 5% discount. Not shown as signed.

What it is: a draft MSA between BG-Demo and Kesselfeld Software for the Growth tier, marked "DRAFT, Version 2" and "Draft version 2, in review". Its next step is "Final execution and signature".

Commits: a 12-month term from 7 Jan 2026 to 6 Jan 2027, with automatic renewal unless 90 days' written notice is given. It sets "99.5% (measured monthly)" availability, a 1 business hour P1 first response and a nightly refresh by 07:00.

Unusual: the 5% first-term discount on the £50k list price and the 10% availability credit are within the standard terms. The P1 hours are tied to 09:00 to 17:00 CET.

Not settled: the document does not show who signed or whether an executed copy exists. Until one does, these terms are an open item and the executed order form decides price and terms.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the AI from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
