Penwortham Mutual and BG-Demo Limited

This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms under which BG-Demo Limited ("Provider") shall provide B-Glass platform to Penwortham Mutual ("Customer"), effective from 28 May 2026.
1. Services and Tier
The Provider shall grant the Customer a licence to use B-Glass at the Enterprise tier. B-Glass is an AI-queryable analytics layer integrated within the Customer's Snowflake account. The Enterprise tier includes:
- Up to 150 users
- Up to 20 data connectors
- Executive sponsor and dedicated account management
- Premium support with 30-minute P1 response time
- Single sign-on (SSO) and SCIM user management
- Sandbox environment

5. Implementation
The Provider shall complete implementation within 12 weeks of the Effective Date. Implementation includes design of up to 12 data connectors, security review, user provisioning and initial support through go-live.
6. Data Processing
The parties shall execute a Data Processing Agreement governing the handling of personal and sensitive data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
7. Confidentiality and Liability
Each party shall treat the other's confidential information as confidential. Neither party limits its liability for data breaches or customer data loss.
