Final onboarding plan dated 14 Feb 2024 for a Starter subscription contracted from 9 Feb 2024, 15 licensed users at £18k. It sets phases, owners and customer inputs. It is a plan, not a contract.

What it is: an onboarding plan written by Callie Brennan for the scheme-relationship managers, dated 14 Feb 2024. It states the subscription is "the Starter tier, contracted from Friday 9 Feb 2024, for 15 licensed users at £18k annual recurring revenue".

Commits: five phases (Access, Connect, First refresh, Training, Handover) with Callie as owner until handover, then Daniel Okafor. The milestone "nightly refresh complete by 07:00 on business days" matches the standard Starter term.

Unusual: the £18k figure is below the v1 Starter list price in the company brief, so a discount or other basis may sit behind it. The plan does not say.

Not settled: it gives no connector list, no go-live dates, no availability or P1 response terms and no renewal date. The executed order form decides price and terms, and this plan is dated 2024 so it may be stale.

Body

Kelvinhaugh Pension Services - Onboarding Plan

Status: Final Version: one Date: Wednesday 14 Feb 2024 Author: Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo Account owner: Priya Raman Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor

Purpose

This plan sets out how Kelvinhaugh Pension Services moves from signature to a working B-Glass. The subscription is the Starter tier, contracted from Friday 9 Feb 2024, for 15 licensed users at £18k annual recurring revenue. The users are the scheme-relationship managers, who need each scheme's contacts, calls, queries and billing in one place.

Scope

  • One team: the scheme-relationship managers.
  • The Starter connector allowance, which is a hard limit, so we choose sources with care.
  • Pages, chat and search.
  • A six-monthly check-in with the customer success manager.

What I need from your side

  • Written access to each source before we switch on the refresh.
  • One named administrator, with a deputy where possible.
  • A short list of the questions the team asks most often, so we can test the brain against real work.

Milestones

  • Access received: all source credentials in hand before connection starts.
  • First refresh landed: nightly refresh complete by 07:00 on business days.
  • Team live: the licensed users invited and able to ask questions.
  • Handover signed off: setup note delivered and the administrator confirmed.

Risks to watch

  • Credentials arriving late would push every later step back.
  • Early adoption is low, with only a handful of people active so far. The training sessions and a clear first use case for each manager are the remedy.
  • A single administrator is a key-person risk, so a deputy is part of handover.

After handover

Ongoing contact moves to Daniel Okafor as customer success manager. Priya Raman remains the account owner for commercial questions.

Thanks, Callie
