What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft proposal from Jordan Pike dated 10 Aug 2026 for a Growth expansion at an annual price of £8,000, with a total deal value of £4,011. Scope, start date and how the two figures relate are open. The £50k subscription is unchanged.
What it is: a draft, version 1 proposal for an expansion of the existing Growth subscription, added to the current order under the same agreement. It is an open item, not executed paper.
Commits: nothing binds either party yet. The draft states the contract end of 31 March 2027 and says the Growth tier and its service levels stay the same, but gives no service figures of its own.
Unusual: the pricing table shows an annual price of £8,000 and a total deal value of £4,011, and the text says they "should not be read as the same thing". The draft does not explain how they relate.
Not settled: "Final scope of the added capacity", the link between the two figures over the remaining term, and the preferred start date. An updated order form is still to come.

Pemaquid Analytics - Proposal v1
Draft | Version 1 | 10 August 2026
Prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BG-Demo
1. Context
Pemaquid Analytics joined BG-Demo on 1 April 2026 on the Growth tier. B-Glass gives Pemaquid's customer success team one view of each distributor's tickets, usage and renewal calls. The current contract runs to 31 March 2027, with contracted annual recurring revenue of £50k and 40 licensed users.
Here's where we are: the team is using it. Active usage has roughly doubled compared with the previous quarter, there is only one recent ticket, none of it high priority, and there are no overdue invoices. That is a healthy base to build on, and it is why we are putting an expansion in front of you.
2. What we are proposing
An expansion of the existing Growth subscription, added to the current order and sitting under the same agreement. It extends what Pemaquid already has rather than replacing it. The tier stays Growth, so the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews continue as they are today.

The exact scope of the added capacity is still open in this draft and will be confirmed with Pemaquid before the proposal is issued as final.
3. Pricing
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Deal type | Expansion |
| Tier | Growth |
| Annual price of the expansion | £8,000 |
| Total deal value | £4,011 |
To be transparent, the total deal value and the annual price are two different figures and should not be read as the same thing. The annual price is what the expansion costs per year. The total deal value is the value of this deal as booked. We will set out exactly how they relate in the issued version.
The existing £50k annual subscription is unchanged by this proposal.
4. What stays the same
- The Growth tier and its service levels.
- The contract end of 31 March 2027.
- Hollie Grieve as customer success manager, running adoption and reviews.
- Jordan Pike as account owner for commercial terms.
5. Open points in this draft
- Final scope of the added capacity.
- How the total deal value lines up with the annual price over the remaining term.
- Pemaquid's preferred start date for the expansion.
6. Next steps
- Jordan Pike reviews the open points with the Pemaquid project sponsor.
- Hollie Grieve confirms from usage which capacity is actually needed.
- BG-Demo issues the final proposal and an updated order form.
- Pemaquid reviews and signs.
What would make this a yes? Tell us which of the open points matters most and we will close it first.
Thanks, Jordan
