What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Version 1 onboarding plan issued 11 Apr 2026 for a Growth tier customer whose contract started 1 April 2026. It sets four phases from kick-off to handover. It is a plan, not a contract, and states no service levels.
What it is: an onboarding plan prepared by Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, taking Pemaquid from signature to a working brain. It says the account "is in onboarding" and usage is "very light", with no open tickets and no overdue invoices.
Commits: the contract summary lists Growth tier, 40 licensed users, contract end 31 March 2027 and a contracted annual recurring revenue of £50k. Hollie Grieve takes over adoption and quarterly business reviews at handover.
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. The plan names no connector delivery dates, availability, P1 response or refresh commitments.
Not settled: no dates for the four phases, no named Pemaquid sponsor or administrator, and no renewal terms beyond the contract end. The figures repeat the contract and are not a substitute for the executed order form.

Body
Pemaquid Analytics - Onboarding Plan
Version 1 | Final | Issued 11 April 2026
Prepared by Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
1. Purpose
This plan sets out how Pemaquid Analytics moves from signature to a working B-Glass. Pemaquid is a Boston vendor of route-planning and field-sales analytics software for beverage and snack distributors. It bought the Growth tier so that customer success can see each distributor's tickets, usage and renewal calls in one place.
2. Contract summary
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer | Pemaquid Analytics |
| Tier | Growth |
| Customer since | 1 April 2026 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £50k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Contract end | 31 March 2027 |
| Account owner | Jordan Pike |
| Customer success manager | Hollie Grieve |
| Implementation lead | Hamza Akhtar |
3. Where we are today
The contract started on 1 April 2026 and the account is in onboarding. Activity so far is very light: on average well under one person a day has been using the brain, which is what we expect before sources are connected and users are invited. There are no open tickets and no overdue invoices.
4. Phases
Read the whole document (3,390 characters)
Phase 1: Kick-off and access
- Confirm the Pemaquid project sponsor and a day-to-day contact in customer success.
- Agree who administers the brain, and name a second administrator so the account does not depend on one person.
- Confirm the Snowflake account the brain will run inside and the access BG-Demo needs.
Phase 2: Connect the sources
- Connect the CRM first, then the helpdesk and the call recorder, because these carry the distributor tickets and renewal calls customer success cares about most.
- Add email and finance sources once the first three are loading cleanly.
- Check records indexed after each connection so a silent failure is caught early.
Phase 3: Distributor view
- Build the pages and search views that show each distributor's tickets, usage and renewal calls together.
- Use the dashboards builder included in Growth for a first distributor health view.
- Walk the customer success team through real distributor questions in the chat.
Phase 4: Roll-out and handover
- Invite users up to the licensed number and run short training sessions by team.
- Confirm the nightly refresh is landing on time for the Boston team.
- Hand over to Hollie Grieve, who runs adoption and the quarterly business reviews from then on.
5. Owners
| Workstream | BG-Demo owner | Pemaquid owner |
|---|---|---|
| Project plan and connectors | Hamza Akhtar | Customer success lead |
| Commercial questions | Jordan Pike | Project sponsor |
| Adoption and reviews | Hollie Grieve | Customer success lead |
6. How we will know it is working
- Every agreed source is connected and its records indexed figure keeps rising.
- Active users climb towards the licensed number.
- The customer success team asks the brain about distributors before they open the CRM or helpdesk.
- A first review is held with Hollie Grieve once the roll-out is complete.
7. Risks to watch
- A single administrator or a single heavy user carrying the whole account.
- A source system changed by Pemaquid without telling us, which stops a connector loading.
- Invitations delayed, leaving usage low through the first weeks.
Questions on this plan go to Hamza Akhtar in the first instance.
