Background
Brinkerhof Distributie is a wholesaler of electrical installation materials supplying installers across the southern Netherlands and Flanders. The Customer wishes to use the BG-Demo B-Glass, built and run inside its own Snowflake account, so that account managers can see each installer's orders, delivery complaints and credit queries in one view. This agreement covers the Growth tier subscription and the related implementation.

Support and adoption
The Growth tier includes the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews led by the customer success manager. The customer success manager will also give notice ahead of renewal and lead the renewal conversation.
Data and security
The brain is deployed inside the Customer's Snowflake account. The Customer remains responsible for its own source systems and for the access it grants to connectors. BG-Demo will process Customer data only to provide the services.
