Internal draft proposal dated 3 Sep 2025 for the Growth tier, not yet shared with the customer. Subscription is £44k a year, with a first-year total of £56k including implementation. Payment terms are the standard 30 days.

What it is: an internal draft proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown, marked "Not yet shared with Brinkerhof Distributie". It proposes the Growth tier built inside the customer's own Snowflake account.

Commits: nothing binding, as it is an unsent draft. It states "Growth subscription, annual, in advance | £44k" and a first-year total of £56k including implementation, of which "Only the subscription of £44k recurs each year". Payment terms follow the standard 30 days.

Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. Delivery is about eight weeks, and each connector in an order form will carry a go-live commitment, but no connector dates are given.

Not settled: the source list, day-one user numbers, a target start date and whether any first-term discount applies. The text does not show that it was sent, accepted or turned into an order form, so it is an open item and not contracted paper.

Body

Brinkerhof Distributie - Proposal v1

Draft for internal review, 3 Sep 2025. Not yet shared with Brinkerhof Distributie.

Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo. Account owner: Matteo Ricci. Customer success manager: Elena Novak.

1. Context

Brinkerhof Distributie, based in Eindhoven, supplies electrical installation materials to installers across the southern Netherlands and Flanders. Today an account manager who wants to understand one installer has to look in several places: orders in one system, delivery complaints in another and credit queries somewhere else again.

The aim is simple: let account managers see each installer's orders, delivery complaints and credit queries in one view, and ask questions of that view in plain language.

2. What we propose

The BG-Demo B-Glass on the Growth tier, built and run inside Brinkerhof Distributie's own Snowflake account.

  • One AI-queryable layer over the CRM, the helpdesk, the accounting system and the order data the sales team relies on.
  • Pages, chat and search for account managers, plus the dashboards builder for the sales and credit-control teams.
  • Quarterly business reviews with the customer success manager.
  • The Growth user and connector allowances, and the standard Growth service level.

3. Delivery

A fixed-fee implementation over about eight weeks: connecting the sources, checking the data with the account managers, and training the first group of users. Each connector named in the order form will carry a go-live commitment.

4. Pricing

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual, in advance£44k
One-off fixed-fee implementationincluded in the total below
Total deal value, first year including implementation£56k

The total is the deal's overall value for the first year. Only the subscription of £44k recurs each year. Payment terms follow the standard 30 days.

5. Open points before this goes out

  • Confirm the exact list of sources to be connected with Brinkerhof Distributie.
  • Confirm how many people will use the brain from day one.
  • Agree a target start date with the customer.
  • Matteo to confirm there is no discount to show on the first term.

6. Next steps

  1. Tom to tidy the open points above and have Matteo review.
  2. Send the final version to Brinkerhof Distributie.
  3. Agree a short call to walk through scope and timing.
