What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final version 1 quarterly business review prepared 1 Jan 2026 by Marcus Bell. It reports Growth tier usage, support and a plan for next quarter. It cites contracted ARR of £42k and a term running 15 Aug 2025 to 14 Aug 2026.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, presented for the Growth tier with 40 licensed users. It is not a contract and sets no new commitments.
Claims: usage is up on the previous quarter but still "a fraction of the 40 licensed users". Two tickets were raised in 30 days, one high priority, handled inside the Growth first-response service level. No overdue invoices.
Unusual: the deck states "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £42k", which is below the v1 Growth list price in the company brief. The deck does not say why, so check it against the executed order form.
Not settled: no usage numbers, no ticket outcomes and no renewal terms are given. The renewal item is only "Look ahead to renewal planning" before the notice period opens. The term end of 14 Aug 2026 is now past, and this deck does not show whether it renewed.

Quarterly business review Prepared: 1 Jan 2026 Presented by: Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Account owner: Sophie Ling Status: Final, version 1
Slide 1: Why we are here
This review covers the last quarter on the Growth tier. I've pulled the numbers from the brain and the helpdesk so we can look at what is working, what needs attention and what we do next.
- Tier: Growth, 40 licensed users
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £42k
- Subscription started 15 Aug 2025 and runs to 14 Aug 2026
Slide 2: Usage at a glance
- Active users are up clearly on the previous quarter. The team is using the brain more days of the week than before.
- Usage is still a fraction of the 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom within the current plan.
- Questions asked are growing, and they come from more than one person, which is a healthy sign.
What it means: the brain has become part of the customer success routine, but it is not yet everyone's first stop.
Slide 3: Value delivered
Read the whole document (3,088 characters)
Carrowkeel bought Growth so the customer success team could read support tickets, renewals and product usage together, per agency group.
- The team can now look at an agency group and see tickets, renewal timing and product usage side by side.
- Preparing for renewal conversations no longer means pulling reports from separate systems by hand.
- Dashboards built with the Growth dashboards builder show the team's own investment in the setup.
Slide 4: Support and service
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised in the last 30 days | Two |
| High priority tickets | One |
| Overdue invoices | None |
The high priority ticket was picked up and handled inside the Growth first-response service level. Both tickets are being followed through to resolution and I will confirm closure at our next check-in.
Slide 5: What is going well
- Adoption is moving in the right direction quarter on quarter.
- The customer success team is asking real questions, not just testing.
- Invoices are paid on time and the account is in good order.
Slide 6: What we could improve
- Widen the group of regular users so the brain does not rely on a small core of people.
- Make sure every agency group the team cares about is covered by the connected sources.
- Add a few more shared dashboards so new joiners can get up to speed quickly.
Slide 7: Plan for next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short refresher session for the wider team | Marcus Bell | Early in the quarter |
| Review which agency groups still lack full coverage | Marcus Bell with the Carrowkeel customer success lead | Within the quarter |
| Agree two or three new dashboards to build | Carrowkeel customer success lead | Within the quarter |
| Look ahead to renewal planning | Marcus Bell and Sophie Ling | Before the notice period opens |
Slide 8: Thank you
Happy to jump on a call whenever it helps. If it is useful, shall we book 30 minutes to go through the plan for next quarter?
Thanks, Marcus
