What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review for a Growth customer, prepared by Marcus Bell on 31 Aug 2026. It reports contracted annual recurring revenue of £48k, a term to 30 Apr 2027, sharply falling active users and no active commercial owner.
What it is: a BB-Demo internal-style QBR deck by Marcus Bell, stored as final. It states "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £48k" and "Licensed users: 40", with payments up to date.
Usage: active users "have fallen sharply compared with the prior quarter", and the deck admits the numbers "do not show which teams have stepped back or who asks most of the questions". One ticket and no high-priority tickets in 30 days.
Ownership: "Priya Raman has left BB-Demo, so the account has no active commercial owner at the moment." Marcus is the day-to-day contact.
Not settled: why use has fallen, what value the brain delivers, and who will own the account commercially. The deck makes no service-level commitments and the £48k is not checked here against an order form.

Grisedale Search & Selection: Quarterly Business Review
Prepared by: Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Date: 31 Aug 2026 Tier: Growth
1. Where we are
- Customer since 1 May 2024.
- Current term runs to 30 Apr 2027.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £48k.
- Licensed users: 40.
- Payments are up to date and there are no overdue invoices.
2. Usage
- Average daily activity over the last 30 days is a handful of people, well under the licensed 40.
- Active users have fallen sharply compared with the prior quarter.
- I've pulled the numbers, but they do not show which teams have stepped back or who asks most of the questions. That is the first thing to find out.
3. Support
- One ticket in the last 30 days.
- No high-priority tickets.
- Quiet support alongside falling use can mean the brain is simply fitting in less of the working day. We should ask rather than assume.
4. Value
Read the whole document (2,275 characters)
The brain was bought so consultants and the operations manager could see client accounts, open roles and client complaints in one place. What we cannot yet show from the usage data is how often that view is being used in daily work, or what it has saved the team.
5. Opportunities on Growth
- Dashboards builder: a few well-chosen dashboards for open roles and client complaints could give people a reason to open the brain each morning.
- Connectors: the additional connectors on the order form should be checked to confirm each source is loading.
- Quarterly QBRs: this review is the first step in a regular rhythm.
6. Account ownership
Priya Raman has left BB-Demo, so the account has no active commercial owner at the moment. I am the day-to-day contact for Grisedale Search & Selection and will make sure commercial questions reach the right person.
