Internal draft renewal proposal dated 18 Oct 2024 for a further annual Growth term from 27 Dec 2024. It proposes an annual price of £48k for 50 licensed users, billed annually in advance. The price is unconfirmed and the draft has not gone to the customer.

What it is: a draft renewal proposal written by Tom Ashdown for internal review. It says "Draft", for internal review before it goes to the customer.

Commits: nothing yet. It proposes a Growth renewal at an annual price of £48k, billed "Annual, in advance, on standard payment terms", with no implementation fee. It states current contracted annual recurring revenue of £43k and a term ending 27 Dec 2024.

Unusual: the draft does not state the Growth service levels, only that they stay standard. It also gives no discount or notice terms.

Not settled: the price ("The figures above are for review and I will confirm them"), the customer signatory, and Daniel Okafor's value summary. The evidence does not show whether it was sent or whether a renewal order form was executed. The draft is dated 2024, so it is stale against the 2026 as-of date.

Pentreath Cold Chain - Renewal Proposal v1

Draft, for internal review before it goes to the customer.

Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 18 Oct 2024 Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor

1. Context

Pentreath Cold Chain, a temperature-controlled storage and distribution business based in Bristol, has used the BB-Demo company brain on the Growth tier since 28 Dec 2023. The current term ends on 27 Dec 2024, and contracted annual recurring revenue is currently £43k.

The brain gives account managers one view of each client's temperature-excursion tickets, orders and contract reviews. Adoption has kept moving the right way: average active users are now around twelve, up by about a fifth on the prior quarter. There are no open support tickets and no overdue invoices.

2. What we are proposing

Renew the Growth subscription for a further annual term, starting when the current term ends on 27 Dec 2024.

The renewal price of £48k is an annual subscription price. There is no implementation fee, because the brain is already live.

3. What stays the same

  • The Growth tier, including the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
  • The standard Growth service levels for availability and support response.
  • The existing connectors and the way the brain runs inside the customer's own Snowflake account.

4. What we would like to do in the new term

  • Bring the two satellite depots fully into day-to-day use.
  • Build more dashboards so the weekly client review runs from one place.
  • Keep the quarterly reviews going, with a usage and value summary each time.

5. Open points for this draft

  • Confirm the final price and any term changes with the customer before this leaves BB-Demo. The figures above are for review and I will confirm them.
  • Daniel to add a short value summary from the recent reviews.
  • Agree who at Pentreath Cold Chain signs the order form.
