Parties
This agreement is between BG-Demo, a London data business, and Pentreath Cold Chain, of Bristol (the Customer). BG-Demo's account owner is Tom Ashdown and the Customer's customer success manager at BG-Demo is Daniel Okafor.
Services
BG-Demo will provide the Customer with the Growth tier of B-Glass, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, together with the implementation and add-ons listed in the order lines below.
