What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final proposal from Tom Ashdown dated 5 May 2026 for the Enterprise tier: £125k per year plus a one-off £30k implementation. P1 first response is within thirty minutes. It is not an executed order form.
What it is: a sales proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, to Corstorphine Building Society for the Enterprise tier. It is marked Final, but it is a proposal, not a contract.
Commits: the price table gives the subscription "Per year, invoiced annually in advance" and the implementation as a one-off fixed fee of twelve weeks. Service levels apply from go-live, with P1 first response "within thirty minutes".
Unusual: no discount is applied, and Enterprise credits cover both availability and data freshness. Nothing here departs from the standard Enterprise terms.
Not settled: the availability commitment is described but no percentage is given. Connector delivery is only "an agreed number of days", and the proposal says the executed order form fixes price, term and service levels. The text does not show whether an order form followed.

Body
Corstorphine Building Society - Proposal
Prepared for: Corstorphine Building Society, Edinburgh Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: Tuesday 5 May 2026 Status: Final
1. Context
Corstorphine Building Society is a Scottish mutual, regulated by the PRA and the FCA, with branches across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. We understand you are evaluating the BB-Demo Enterprise tier so that intermediary distribution and member services can work from one view of each mortgage broker firm.
Today, as we understand it, the picture of a broker firm is spread across several systems and several teams. Each team keeps its own notes, its own correspondence and its own sense of the relationship. Pulling that together takes people time and tends to be done by hand, which means it is done rarely and is out of date quickly.
This proposal sets out what BB-Demo would deliver, how it would be delivered, what it costs and what happens next.
2. What BB-Demo provides
Read the whole document (6,243 characters)
BB-Demo sells the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your customer relationship data, calls, emails, tickets, product usage, finance and HR data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays within your environment and under your controls.
For Corstorphine this means:
- One view of each broker firm. Contacts, conversations, cases and activity brought together so that distribution and member services see the same picture.
- Questions answered in plain language. Colleagues ask the brain rather than reconciling systems by hand, and see where each answer came from.
- Pages, chat and search over the connected sources, plus the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews that come with the Enterprise tier.
- A refresh you can rely on. The nightly refresh completes by 07:00 UK time on business days, so teams start the day on current data.
3. Scope: Enterprise tier
The Enterprise tier is designed for company-wide use and for regulated buyers. It includes:
| Item | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Users | The Enterprise user allowance, covering both intermediary distribution and member services, with room for other teams later |
| Connectors | The Enterprise connector allowance, enough to bring in your core systems and to add more as the scope grows |
| SSO and SCIM | Single sign-on and automated user provisioning, so access follows your identity controls |
| Executive sponsor | A named senior sponsor at BB-Demo for the relationship |
| Premium support | A named engineer, available from 07:00 to 20:00 UK time |
| Sandbox | A separate space to test changes before they reach the live brain |
| Dashboards builder | Dashboards your own teams can build and maintain |
| Quarterly reviews | A structured review of usage, value and plans each quarter |
Service levels
The Enterprise service levels apply from go-live:
- Availability: the Enterprise availability commitment, the highest we offer.
- P1 first response: within thirty minutes.
- Data freshness: nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days.
- Service credits: for Enterprise, credits apply to both availability and data freshness. A month with a breach earns a credit of ten percent of one month's fee.
4. Implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement of twelve weeks. It includes security review support, which we expect to matter for a regulated mutual. The work runs in broad phases:
- Mobilise. Agree the sources to connect, the people involved and the questions the brain must answer first.
- Security review. BB-Demo supports your security and risk colleagues through their review, including how the brain runs inside your Snowflake account and how SSO is configured.
- Connect and build. Connectors are brought live and the data model for broker firms is shaped with your distribution and member services teams.
- Prove on your data. Your own teams ask real questions of the brain and we tune it together.
- Go live and hand over. Training, dashboards and a first review date are agreed.
Connectors named in the order form will carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
5. Pricing
| Line | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Per year, invoiced annually in advance | One hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds |
| Enterprise implementation | One-off fixed fee, twelve weeks, including security review support and SSO | Thirty thousand pounds |
Notes on the above:
- The subscription is an annual charge. The implementation fee is separate and is charged once.
- Payment terms are thirty days. Quarterly invoicing is available on request.
- No discount is applied in this proposal.
- Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
- Optional add-ons, such as additional users or connectors, dedicated data residency or an on-site training day, are not included and can be priced separately if you want them.
6. Commercial structure
If you wish to proceed, the commercial terms would be set out in an order form under BB-Demo's master services agreement. The executed order form is the document that fixes price, term and service levels, so anything you rely on in this proposal should be confirmed there.
7. What we need from you
- A named business owner for the brain, ideally from intermediary distribution or member services.
- A named contact in IT or security for the review and for access to your Snowflake account.
- A short list of the systems holding broker firm information, in priority order.
- Your own security and risk requirements, so that we can plan the review around them.
8. Next steps
- Read this proposal with your colleagues in distribution, member services, IT and risk, and collect any questions.
- We hold a walkthrough, covering scope, security and the implementation plan.
- We agree the order form and a start date for mobilisation.
I am happy to take your colleagues through any of this in whatever order suits them. Let's get something in the diary once you have had a chance to read it.
