Proposal of 23 Jul 2026 to move Brenneck Pay from Growth to Enterprise at £125k annual, billed annually in advance on thirty-day terms. It is an open proposal, not an order form, and states no availability percentage.

What it is: a version 1 proposal from Matteo Ricci, stored as final, offering Enterprise in place of Growth. It cites contracted annual recurring revenue of £50k and a current term ending 2 Feb 2027.

Commits: it states the price as £125k for the annual Enterprise subscription, and first response on a priority-one issue "set at thirty minutes". Billing is annually in advance on thirty-day terms, or quarterly on request.

Unusual: no dates are committed. "I will not commit to go-live dates in this document." It also says any discount and the treatment of the current Growth term will sit in the order form.

Not settled: the order form, discount, go-live timing and mid-term treatment of the Growth term. The document is an open item and does not bind either party to the price.

Body

Brenneck Pay - Proposal

Prepared for: Brenneck Pay, Frankfurt Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success contact: Elena Novak Date: 23 Jul 2026 Version: 1 (Final)

1. Context

Brenneck Pay joined BG-Demo on 3 Feb 2026 on the Growth tier. As a Frankfurt payment institution supervised by BaFin, processing card and account-to-account payments for German online retailers, you bought B-Glass so that merchant account managers and merchant risk work from one view of each merchant, with the data kept in an EU region.

Since then the brain has become part of daily work. Usage has grown strongly against the previous quarter, support demand has been very light and your invoices are fully up to date. I would rather say plainly what that tells us: the first team is getting value, and the question now is how far it should reach.

This proposal sets out an expansion from Growth to Enterprise, so that the brain can serve the whole company, including the controls a regulated buyer is expected to show.

3. What we propose

Move Brenneck Pay from Growth to Enterprise, which is designed for company-wide and regulated buyers.

3.1 What Enterprise adds

  • Company-wide reach. A larger user allowance and connector allowance than Growth, so compliance, finance, operations and leadership can ask the same brain as merchant risk and account management.
  • Single sign-on and SCIM. Access follows your identity provider, so joiners and leavers are handled in one place and nobody keeps access they should not have.
  • An executive sponsor at BG-Demo, for a direct line when a decision needs senior attention.
  • Stronger service levels. The Enterprise availability commitment is higher than Growth, and first response on a priority-one issue is faster, set at thirty minutes.
  • Data freshness credits. On Enterprise, a breach of the nightly refresh commitment is credited as well as an availability breach. On Growth, credits apply to availability only.
  • Security review support as part of implementation, which we expect your risk and compliance colleagues to value.

3.2 What stays the same

  • The brain continues to run inside your own Snowflake account.
  • Your data stays in the EU region.
  • Your existing connectors and the work your teams have built carry over. Nothing needs to be rebuilt.
  • Nightly refresh is complete by the same time each business day, as on every tier.

4. Pricing

LineAmount
Enterprise subscription, annual£125k
Deal amount£125k

The annual price of £125k compares with your current contracted annual recurring revenue of £50k. Subscription is billed annually in advance on thirty-day terms, or quarterly on request. Any discount, and the exact treatment of the current Growth term, will be written into the order form, which is the document that governs price and terms.

I will not commit to go-live dates in this document. Once scope is agreed I will confirm timings with our engineers and send them to you in writing.

6. What we need from you

  1. A named sponsor for the wider roll-out.
  2. A list of the teams and systems you want to bring in first.
  3. Your regulator-facing requirements, so the security review covers what BaFin supervision needs you to be able to show.
  4. A decision on timing relative to your term end on 2 Feb 2027.

7. Risks and open questions

  • Adoption beyond the first team. The strongest results come when each new team has an owner. We will agree that owner before roll-out starts.
  • Key-person dependence. If a small number of people ask most of the questions, the value is fragile. Wider reach and single sign-on reduce that risk.
  • Timing against renewal. Moving tier mid-term needs the order form to state clearly how the current term is treated. I will confirm that in writing.

8. Next steps

  1. Review this proposal with your finance and risk colleagues.
  2. Hold a scoping call with Elena Novak and me.
  3. Start the security review in parallel.
  4. Issue the order form for signature.

Please tell me what your regulator needs to see, and I will make sure it is covered before anything is signed.

Best regards, Matteo

Matteo Ricci Account Executive, BG-Demo
