What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final version 1 onboarding plan, prepared by Callie Brennan on 7 Jul 2024, taking Delancey Haig from signature to a working company brain on the Growth tier. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £42k and 40 licensed users, with the term running 3 Jul 2024 to 2 Jul 2025.
What it is: a working onboarding plan in four phases (access and kickoff, connect and map, validate and train, handover), with a named owner and a done-when test for each step.
Commits: it names Priya Raman as account owner, Daniel Okafor as customer success manager and Callie Brennan as implementation lead. It states "The executed order form is the source of truth for price, term and any connector commitments."
Unusual: nothing off the standard Growth terms. The plan sets no service levels, no connector delivery dates and no billing terms.
Not settled: the plan gives no connector list or dates, so the order form must be checked for those. The contract end of 2 Jul 2025 is long past, so the plan is stale as a statement of current terms and does not show what happened at renewal.

Body
Delancey Haig - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final, version 1 Prepared by: Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo Date: 7 Jul 2024 Customer since: 3 Jul 2024
Purpose of this plan
This plan sets out how we get Delancey Haig from signature to a company brain that your client-account directors use every day. Delancey Haig bought the Growth tier so that each director can see a client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together, without reconciling several systems by hand. Everything below is built around that one outcome.
The plan is a working document. Where a step needs something from your side, it says so plainly, because a clean first refresh depends on the right access arriving before we start, not after.

The executed order form is the source of truth for price, term and any connector commitments. If anything in this plan appears to differ from it, the order form wins and we correct the plan.
What good looks like
- A first refresh that lands cleanly and can be trusted by the directors.
- Each client-account director able to open one client and see vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints on a single page.
- A Delancey Haig admin who can run the brain alone, with a written setup note in their hands.
- A first dashboard built by your own team, which tells us the brain is becoming yours.
Phases and owners
Phase one: access and kickoff
Before we switch on the refresh, what I need from your side is written access for every source we are connecting. I do not start a connector without it.
| Step | Owner | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| Confirm the list of sources to connect, against the order form | Callie Brennan with Delancey Haig admin | Both sides agree the list in writing |
| Provide read credentials for the CRM, the accounting system and the helpdesk | Delancey Haig admin | Credentials received and tested |
| Confirm the Snowflake account the brain will run inside | Delancey Haig IT contact | Account confirmed and access granted |
| Hold the kickoff call | Callie Brennan | Plan agreed, owners named |
Phase two: connect and map
This is where each source is connected and its fields mapped to the shape the brain expects. I check every mapping before it goes live, and I will tell you which ones map cleanly and which need a decision from you.
| Step | Owner | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| Connect each source in turn | Callie Brennan | Each connector loads records |
| Map vacancy, placement, invoice and complaint fields | Callie Brennan with the client-account directors | Mapping reviewed and signed off by your team |
| Agree how a client is identified across systems | Delancey Haig operations lead | One client, one record, across every source |
| Run the first refresh | Callie Brennan | Records indexed and spot-checked against source |
Phase three: validate and train
| Step | Owner | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| Spot-check a sample of clients against the source systems | Delancey Haig directors with Callie Brennan | Directors confirm the numbers match what they know |
| Train the client-account directors on pages, chat and search | Callie Brennan | Every director has asked a real question of their own |
| Train the admin on connectors, users and refresh monitoring | Callie Brennan | Admin runs a refresh check unaided |
| Introduce the dashboards builder | Callie Brennan | First dashboard built by Delancey Haig |
Phase four: handover
| Step | Owner | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| Issue the written setup note | Callie Brennan | Note delivered and read by the admin |
| Introduce the customer success manager | Callie Brennan and Daniel Okafor | Daniel holds the relationship and the review cadence |
| Agree the first quarterly review | Daniel Okafor | Review date set with Delancey Haig |
What we need from Delancey Haig
- A named admin who can grant access and make decisions on the day.
- A named sponsor among the client-account directors, so questions about meaning (what counts as a placement, for example) get a single answer.
- Prompt notice of any change to a connected system during onboarding, such as a new field or a migration, because a changed source is the most common reason a connector stops loading.
Risks we are watching
| Risk | What we will do |
|---|---|
| Credentials arrive late | Hold the connector until written access is in hand, and tell Daniel Okafor and Priya Raman |
| Client names differ between systems | Agree one matching rule early and test it on a sample |
| Low early usage | Run the director training in small groups and set each director one real question to ask |
| Only one admin trained | Ask for a second named admin before handover |
Users and licences
The Growth tier includes 40 licensed users. We will load users in step with training, so that every person with a licence has been shown what the brain does for their own clients before they are expected to use it.
Communication
I will send a short status note at the end of each phase, covering what is done, what is outstanding and what I need next. Anything blocking goes to the Delancey Haig admin the same day.
Next steps
- Delancey Haig confirms the admin and sponsor.
- Delancey Haig sends written access for each source.
- Callie Brennan books the kickoff call and sends the agenda.
Thanks, Callie
