What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Internal draft Enterprise proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown on 9 Sep 2026, not yet issued. Annual subscription £125k, deal amount £155k including implementation. Availability and P1 response are described, not stated as figures.
What it is: an internal draft proposal for the Enterprise tier, marked "This draft is for internal review before it goes to Rookhaven Asset Management." It is not an order form and binds no one.
Commits: nothing yet. It sets out Enterprise scope, nightly refresh "Complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days" and service credits that "Cover availability and data freshness".
Unusual: the service levels name "The Enterprise availability service level" and "The Enterprise response time" without giving figures. The deal amount of £155k includes the one-off implementation, while the annual subscription is £125k.
Not settled: the connector list, the optional Premium support or Sandbox add-ons, data residency, and the security review timetable. Tom is still to "confirm all figures against the current price book before this is issued".

Body
Rookhaven Asset Management - Proposal v1
Draft | Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo | 9 Sep 2026
This draft is for internal review before it goes to Rookhaven Asset Management. Open points are listed at the end.
1. Context
Rookhaven Asset Management is a London asset manager serving institutional and wealth clients. Client service and distribution each hold part of the picture of a client, in different systems, and reconciling them is done by hand. Rookhaven is evaluating our Enterprise tier to give both teams one view of each client.
2. What BG-Demo proposes
BG-Demo builds and runs B-Glass inside Rookhaven's own Snowflake account. It is one AI-queryable layer over the CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data, so client-service and distribution teams ask questions of the brain rather than chase each other for answers.
