What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck by Marcus Bell for a Growth tier customer with 40 licensed users and £44k contracted. Usage is up a little but about a third of licences; questions are concentrated in a few people. The term ends 31 Mar 2026.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck presented by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, dated Tuesday 24 February 2026. It is not a contract and sets no service terms.
States: Growth tier, 40 licensed users, "Annual recurring revenue (contracted)" of £44k, customer since Tuesday 1 April 2025, term ending Tuesday 31 March 2026. The nightly refresh is described as completing "as expected for the Growth tier".
Risk: "Questions are concentrated in a small number of people. If one of them is away or moves on, the volume would drop quickly." Adoption is also "below what the licence could support".
Not settled: the renewal outcome. Tom Ashdown holds the renewal proposal, and the deck lists the account owner as Tom Ashdown, which HR records would need to confirm. It gives no usage figures, no named customer attendees and no agreed value examples.

Usage
I've pulled the numbers for the quarter:
- Daily active users are up a little on the previous quarter, which is a welcome change of direction.
- That is still only about a third of the licensed users, so there is plenty of room before the user allowance becomes a limit.
- The people using the brain most are the account managers who work shipper accounts and exceptions. We would like to see that spread across more of the team.
Value
Read the whole document (2,861 characters)
- The brain is being used to bring shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls together, which is what it was bought for.
- Account managers who use it regularly can prepare for a shipper conversation from one place instead of three.
- We would like to capture a few concrete examples from your team during this review, so the value is written down in your own words.
Support and service
- One ticket raised in the last month, none high priority.
- Nothing is outstanding.
- No overdue invoices.
- The nightly refresh has been completing as expected for the Growth tier.
What needs attention
- Adoption is below what the licence could support. The aim for the next quarter is to widen the group asking questions, not just deepen the habits of the current few.
- Questions are concentrated in a small number of people. If one of them is away or moves on, the volume would drop quickly.
- We have not yet agreed with your team a shortlist of questions that matter most to the weekly routine.
Plan for the coming quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Short working session with account managers on the questions they ask | Marcus Bell with your team lead | Within the next few weeks |
| Check that every connected source feeding the exceptions workflow is loading | Marcus Bell | Before the term ends |
| Shared set of saved questions and pages for the weekly review | Marcus Bell and your account managers | Next quarter |
| Renewal conversation and order form | Tom Ashdown | Before Tuesday 31 March 2026 |
Renewal
Your current term ends on Tuesday 31 March 2026. Tom has the renewal proposal and will pick up the commercial conversation with you directly. Happy to jump on a call if it would help to go through the usage numbers first.
Thanks, Marcus Bell Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
