What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown dated 26 Jan 2026 for the Growth subscription at £44k per year, same tier and 40 licensed users. It flags a fall in daily users of about a quarter. It is an open proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a renewal proposal marked Final, prepared by Tom Ashdown, for a Growth subscription that "runs to Tuesday 31 March 2026". The customer joined on 1 Apr 2025.
Commits: twelve months, forty licensed users, annual billing in advance "unless you would prefer quarterly", and Growth service levels "carry on unchanged". No implementation fee applies.
Unusual: the proposal states the quiet support queue is not read as health, because daily users are down "by about a quarter" against the previous quarter. It offers a working session and a connector check.
Not settled: the document is a proposal, so it does not show whether the renewal was signed. It gives no availability figure, P1 response time or refresh deadline, and the price is the same as the current contracted figure, with no v2 uplift mentioned.

Body
Brakkevoort Logistics - Renewal Proposal
Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: Monday 26 January 2026 Status: Final
Purpose
Your current Growth subscription runs to Tuesday 31 March 2026. This proposal sets out how we suggest renewing it, what has happened over the year since you joined on Tuesday 1 April 2025, and what we would like to do together to get more out of the brain in the next term.
Where you are today
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Current annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £44k |
| Customer since | Tuesday 1 April 2025 |
| Current term ends | Tuesday 31 March 2026 |
| Account owner | Tom Ashdown |
| Customer success manager | Marcus Bell |
Brakkevoort bought the brain so that account managers can see shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls in one place. That is still the core of the value, and it is the part we want to protect and build on.
What we have seen
Read the whole document (3,068 characters)
- Support has been quiet: one ticket in the last month, none high priority, and nothing outstanding.
- Invoices have been paid on time and there are no overdue items.
- The number of people using the brain on a typical day has come down by about a quarter compared with the previous quarter, and it sits well below the number of licensed users.
We do not read the quiet support queue as a sign that everything is fine. Fewer people asking questions is the thing we most want to understand, and we would rather say so plainly than gloss over it.
Proposal
| Line | Detail | Annual price |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription, renewal | Twelve months, forty licensed users, Growth connector allowance, dashboards builder, quarterly business reviews | £44k |
| Total (deal amount) | £44k |
- The renewal is for the same tier and the same number of licensed users.
- There is no implementation fee on a renewal.
- Billing stays annual in advance on the usual terms, unless you would prefer quarterly.
- The service levels of the Growth tier carry on unchanged.
What we would like to do alongside the renewal
- Run a short working session with your account managers to find out which questions they ask the brain and which they have gone back to answering by hand.
- Review which connected sources matter most to the exceptions workflow, and check they are loading as expected.
- Agree a small set of shared questions and pages for the account managers, so that the brain is part of the weekly routine rather than an extra step.
- Use the next quarterly business review to look at usage again, against what we agree now.
Next steps
- Tom to arrange a call with you in the next couple of weeks to talk through this proposal.
- Marcus to share a usage summary ahead of that call.
- Your sign-off on the renewal before the term ends on Tuesday 31 March 2026, so that there is no gap in service.
If anything here does not match how you see the year, tell us and we will adjust the proposal before it goes any further.
Cheers, Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
