What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Growth tier QBR deck presented by Marcus Bell on 25 Aug 2025. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £44k, 40 licensed users with around eight active, and a term ending 31 Mar 2026. It sets no service levels.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review from Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager. It reports usage, value, support and next-quarter actions. It is not a contract.
States: "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £44k" and "Current term runs to 31 Mar 2026". Active users are "Around eight" of 40 licensed, up by nearly a fifth on the prior quarter.
Support: no tickets and no overdue invoices in the last thirty days. The nightly refresh is said to have completed ahead of the working day, as set out for every tier.
Not settled: the deck is dated 25 Aug 2025, so its usage and term statements are old. It does not say whether renewal happened, and it gives no renewal price. Tom Ashdown is named as account executive for the renewal.

Brakkevoort Logistics - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier
Presented by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
Date: 25 Aug 2025
1. Where we are
- Brakkevoort Logistics has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 Apr 2025.
- Tier: Growth, with 40 licensed users.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £44k.
- Current term runs to 31 Mar 2026.
- Purpose of the brain here: account managers see shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls together, in one place.
2. Usage this quarter
| Measure | What we see |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Active users, 30-day average | Around eight |
| Change on the prior quarter | Up by nearly a fifth |
- Active use has grown steadily since go-live and the trend is the right way round.
- Roughly a fifth of the licensed seats are in regular use, so there is plenty of headroom for more account managers to join.
- I've pulled the numbers by team and will walk through who is asking the most questions on the call.
3. Value being delivered
Read the whole document (2,960 characters)
- Account managers can open a shipper account and see the related exception tickets and recent calls without switching between systems.
- Less time is spent reconciling the CRM, the helpdesk and call notes by hand before a customer conversation.
- We would like to capture two or three concrete examples from your own team this quarter, so the value is described in your words and not ours.
4. Support and service
- No tickets raised with BB-Demo in the last thirty days.
- No high-priority tickets.
- No overdue invoices.
- Nightly refresh has completed ahead of the working day, as set out for every tier.
Nothing here needs fixing. A quiet queue is welcome, though we also want to be sure that nothing is being worked around quietly by your team.
5. Opportunities to get more from the brain
- Wider rollout. Invite the remaining account managers and team leads who are not yet using it, within the licensed 40 users.
- Dashboards. The Growth tier includes the dashboards builder. A shared view of exception tickets by shipper would be a natural first dashboard.
- Champions. Name one or two power users in each team who can show colleagues what to ask.
6. Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Share usage by team and by user | Marcus Bell | Before the review call |
| Agree which teams to onboard next | Brakkevoort Logistics sponsor with Marcus Bell | Within a few weeks |
| Build a first shared dashboard | Brakkevoort Logistics admin with Marcus Bell | Next quarter |
| Short check-in on adoption | Marcus Bell | End of the quarter |
7. Looking ahead to renewal
- The current term ends on 31 Mar 2026.
- Tom Ashdown, your account executive, will be in touch ahead of the renewal notice period so that there is time to talk it through properly.
- Happy to jump on a call at any point before then. Shall we book 30 minutes to go through this deck together?
Thanks, Marcus
