What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final onboarding plan, version 1, prepared 1 Apr 2025 by Laura Penhaligon for bringing Brakkevoort Logistics live on the Growth tier. It lists £44k annual recurring revenue, 40 users, up to eight connectors and an eight-week implementation. It states no service levels.
What it is: a BG-Demo delivery plan, not a contract. It sets four phases over eight weeks, from kick-off and access to training and go-live, then handover to the customer success manager.
Commits: the contract summary gives a Growth tier, start 1 Apr 2025, end 31 Mar 2026, 40 licensed users and "Eight weeks, up to eight connectors". Marcus Bell is to lead the renewal conversation "ahead of 31 Mar 2026".
Unusual: the plan names a second admin as a go-live task, "so the knowledge is not held by one person", and flags key-person risk if one person asks most questions.
Not settled: the £44k figure is the plan's own contract summary, not an executed order form. The plan gives no availability, P1 response, refresh or credit terms, no connector delivery dates, and no customer signatory. Its 31 Mar 2026 end date is already past at the as-of date, and the document does not show whether a renewal followed.

Body
Brakkevoort Logistics - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final Version: 1 Prepared: 1 Apr 2025 Prepared by: Laura Penhaligon, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
Purpose
This plan sets out how BG-Demo will bring Brakkevoort Logistics live on the Growth tier of B-Glass. The goal is simple: account managers in Rotterdam should see shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls together in one place, and ask questions of that data rather than reconciling systems by hand.

| Role | Name | Responsibility |
|---|---|---|

| Account Executive | Tom Ashdown | Commercial questions and the order form |
| Customer success manager | Marcus Bell | Adoption after go-live, quarterly reviews, renewal |
| Customer project lead | A named operations lead at Brakkevoort Logistics | Day-to-day decisions and access |

Phases
Phase one: kick-off and access (week one)
- Confirm the project lead, the IT contact and the first group of users.
- Agree which sources come first, starting with the CRM, the helpdesk and the call recorder.
- Set up the brain inside the customer's Snowflake account.
Milestone: access confirmed and first connector authorised.
Phase two: connect the sources (weeks two to four)
- Bring the priority connectors live and check records are loading.
- Review the first data with the project lead and correct any mapping of shipper accounts.
- Confirm the nightly refresh is running on business days.
Milestone: priority connectors live and records indexed.
Phase three: shape the brain (weeks five to six)
- Connect the remaining sources, up to the Growth connector allowance.
- Build the first pages and dashboards with the customer's account managers.
- Test real questions about exception tickets and shipper history.
Milestone: account managers can answer their own questions.
Phase four: training and go-live (weeks seven to eight)
- Train the wider group of users, up to the licensed number.
- Agree who administers the brain at Brakkevoort Logistics, and name a second admin so the knowledge is not held by one person.
- Hand over to the customer success manager.
Milestone: formal go-live and handover.
Current position
Only one person has been active so far, which is normal at this stage. Usage should rise as the first connectors go live and training begins.
Risks and watch points
- Access delays: connector work depends on timely credentials from the customer's IT contact.
- Key-person risk: if one person asks most of the questions, adoption is fragile. Training should spread usage across the team.
- Stale data: flat record counts after go-live will be raised with the project lead at once.
After go-live
Marcus Bell will run quarterly reviews covering usage, questions asked and value delivered, and will lead the renewal conversation ahead of 31 Mar 2026.
Unusual terms
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- second admin to be named at go-live
- key-person risk flagged in the plan
