What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final proposal from Tom Ashdown for the Growth tier at £44k a year, with a total deal amount of £56k including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an order form, and states no availability or P1 response figures.
What it is: a proposal dated 17 Feb 2025 for the Growth tier, built inside the customer's own Snowflake account. Scope covers CRM, helpdesk and call recorder connectors, with account management first.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "The annual price of the subscription is £44k" and a total deal amount of £56k that "includes the one-off implementation fee". Billing is annual in advance, payment terms thirty days, and no discount is applied.
Unusual: the £56k deal amount must not be read as the annual price. Service levels are only referred to as "the Growth service level", with no figures stated.
Not settled: connector delivery days, signature and start dates. The next step is an order form under the master services agreement, so the executed order form, if one exists, decides terms. The evidence does not show whether the customer accepted.

Body
Brakkevoort Logistics - Proposal
Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 17 Feb 2025 Status: Final
1. Context
Brakkevoort Logistics runs port-linked warehousing and road freight from Rotterdam. Your account managers currently look at shipper accounts, exception tickets and customer calls in separate places, and piecing together the full picture for one shipper takes time and a good deal of goodwill from colleagues.
You asked us to show how B-Glass could put those views in one place, so that an account manager can ask a single question and see the account, the exceptions and the conversations together.
2. What we propose
We propose the Growth tier of B-Glass, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Growth is designed for several teams working from the same layer of data, and it includes:
Read the whole document (3,316 characters)
- pages, chat and search across your connected systems
- the dashboards builder, so your teams can build the views they actually use
- quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell
- the standard Growth user allowance and connector allowance
- the Growth service level, including its availability commitment and first-response time for priority incidents
Scope of the first phase
| Area | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Shipper accounts | Your CRM, so every shipper account has its history in one place |
| Exception tickets | Your helpdesk, so exceptions sit next to the account they belong to |
| Calls | Your call recorder, so conversations can be searched alongside tickets and accounts |
| Rollout | Account management first, then other teams as you are ready |
The implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work over eight weeks. Connectors agreed in the order form carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
3. Pricing
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| B-Glass, Growth tier | Annual subscription | £44k |
| Implementation, Growth | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount | Subscription plus one-off implementation | £56k |
The annual price of the subscription is £44k. The deal amount of £56k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as the annual price. No discount is applied in this proposal.
Subscription fees are invoiced annually in advance unless you ask for quarterly billing, and payment terms are thirty days.
4. What we need from you
- A named sponsor on your side, ideally someone from account management.
- Admin access to the systems you want connected, so we can set up connectors in the first weeks.
- A small group of account managers who will test the brain on real shipper accounts and tell us honestly what is missing.
- A decision on whether you want quarterly billing.
5. Next steps
- Review this proposal with the people who will use the brain day to day.
- Tell Tom Ashdown about any changes to scope, connectors or billing.
- We prepare the order form under the master services agreement for your review.
- Once signed, we agree the implementation plan and start dates with you.
If anything here is unclear, or you would like to walk through it with your team, Tom is happy to set something up at a time that suits you.
