Draft proposal dated 12 Feb 2025 from Tom Ashdown for the Growth tier: £44k annual subscription, £56k total deal value including one-off implementation. Marked "Draft for discussion. Not yet agreed." Not an executed contract.

What it is: a BB-Demo proposal to Brakkevoort Logistics, Rotterdam, prepared by Tom Ashdown. It is headed "Draft for discussion. Not yet agreed." and the stored status is draft, so it is an open item.

Commits: nothing binding. It proposes Growth with up to forty users, up to eight connectors, quarterly reviews and "nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days". Implementation is a fixed fee over eight weeks, payment terms thirty days.

Pricing: "£44k" is the annual subscription, invoiced annually in advance. The "£56k" total deal value "includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price."

Not settled: pricing is "subject to confirmation in the order form". The text gives no availability percentage, P1 response time or implementation fee figure, and does not show whether the proposal was accepted. Single sign-on and EU data residency are flagged as outside Growth or add-ons.

Brakkevoort Logistics - Proposal v1

Draft for discussion. Not yet agreed.

Date: 12 Feb 2025 Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo For: Brakkevoort Logistics, Rotterdam

Context

Brakkevoort Logistics runs port-linked warehousing and road freight from Rotterdam. Your account managers currently have to look in several places to understand a shipper: the CRM, the helpdesk for exception tickets, and the call recorder. You want them to see all of it together, and to be able to ask questions of it in plain language.

That is what the BB-Demo company brain does. It is one AI-queryable layer over your own systems, built and run inside your Snowflake account.

What we propose

The Growth tier, for several teams working from the same view of each shipper account.

ConnectorsUp to eight, with more available in blocks of five
FeaturesPages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder
ReviewsQuarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell
Service levelsThe standard Growth service levels, including nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days

Scope of the first phase

  1. Connect the sources that matter most to account managers: CRM, helpdesk and call recorder first, then others as the connector allowance allows.
  2. Build the shipper account view so that exception tickets and calls sit next to the account record.
  3. Train account managers and team leads to ask the brain questions in their own words.
  4. Agree the points that need a closer look with your IT team, using the security questionnaire as the starting point.

Implementation is a fixed fee and runs for eight weeks.

Pricing

LineAmountMeaning
Annual subscription, Growth£44kAnnual price, invoiced annually in advance
Total deal value£56kAnnual subscription plus the one-off fixed-fee implementation

The total deal value of £56k includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price. From the second year the annual subscription is the only recurring charge. Payment terms are thirty days, and quarterly invoicing is available on request.

Assumptions and open points

  • The tier and user numbers are based on the teams we have discussed so far. If more teams come in, we should revisit them.
  • Single sign-on is not part of Growth. If your IT team needs it, we would look at Enterprise instead.
  • EU data residency is an add-on and depends on where your Snowflake account is hosted.
  • Pricing is subject to confirmation in the order form, which will sit under the MSA.

Next steps

  • Brakkevoort Logistics to review this draft and tell us what is missing.
  • Tom to confirm the commercial detail and update the proposal.
  • Hannah Lowe to close out any remaining security questions.
  • Let's get a short call in the diary to go through it together.

Best, Tom

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
