Proposal dated 5 Nov 2024 for the Growth tier, built in the customer's own Snowflake account. Annual subscription £40k, total deal value £52k including one-off implementation, thirty-day payment terms. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a sales proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, for Fairhallow Travel, Manchester. It is stored as final, but its next steps say an order form is still to be issued and signed.

Commits: "The annual subscription price is £40k" and "Invoices are payable on thirty-day terms". Implementation is a fixed fee over eight weeks, with Marcus Bell named as customer success manager.

Unusual: the £52k total deal value is a one-off blend of subscription and implementation, so it is not an annual figure. Service levels are described only as the standard Growth levels, with no figures stated.

Not settled: the document does not show acceptance, signature, a start date, connector go-live dates or availability percentages. Contracted terms sit in the order form, which this document does not replace.

Body

Fairhallow Travel - Proposal

Status: Final

Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 5 Nov 2024 Prepared for: Fairhallow Travel, Manchester

1. Context

Fairhallow Travel is a business travel management company serving corporates across the north. Client bookings, service tickets and account reviews sit in separate systems today, and building a single picture of a client takes manual effort from your account and service teams.

This proposal sets out how the BG-Demo B-Glass would bring those sources together so your people can simply ask questions and get answers.

2. Scope

The BG-Demo B-Glass on the Growth tier, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.

  • Connectors to your CRM, helpdesk and other core sources, up to the Growth connector allowance.
  • Pages, chat and search across everything connected.
  • The dashboards builder for client and account views.
  • Quarterly business reviews led by your customer success manager, Marcus Bell.
  • Your data remains in your own Snowflake account.

3. Implementation

Read the whole document (2,409 characters)

A fixed-fee implementation over eight weeks: connector set-up, first data load, a working session with your account and service teams, and hand-over to your administrators. Connectors named in the order form carry a go-live commitment.

4. Pricing

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance£40k
One-off implementation (fixed fee, included in the total below)Included in total
Total deal value£52k

The total deal value of £52k includes the one-off implementation fee. The annual subscription price is £40k. Invoices are payable on thirty-day terms.

5. Service levels

The standard Growth service levels apply: the Growth availability commitment, the Growth first-response time for priority incidents, and the nightly refresh complete before the working day begins. Service credits for availability apply as set out in the order form.

6. Next steps

  1. Fairhallow Travel confirms it is happy to proceed.
  2. We issue an order form under our master agreement, listing connectors and go-live commitments.
  3. Both sides sign and we agree a start date for implementation.
  4. Implementation begins, with Marcus Bell as your customer success manager.

Any question on the figures, ask Tom and he will confirm them in writing.

Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BG-Demo
