Four-week onboarding plan for a Starter subscription, effective 1 Jan 2025: 15 licensed users, up to four connectors and a nightly refresh by 07:00 UK time on business days. Led by Callie Brennan, then handed to Marcus Bell. It states no price or availability figure.

What it is: a customer-facing onboarding plan, stored as final, version 1, covering three phases over four weeks from 1 Jan 2025. Callie Brennan owns every phase, and Marcus Bell takes over for adoption support and quarterly check-ins.

Commits: "Nightly data refresh by 07:00 UK time on business days" and "Up to four data connectors to your systems" for 15 licensed users. The customer must supply user names and written credentials, and "All credentials must arrive in writing before we can switch on the first refresh."

Unusual: nothing off the standard Starter terms. It is a delivery plan, not a contract, and gives no connector go-live dates.

Not settled: price, availability, support response times, service credits and who at the customer is the designated admin or signatory. The plan does not show whether the four weeks were met. It says quarterly check-ins, whereas the Starter standard is six-monthly, so the cadence should be checked against the order form.

Phase 1: Kickoff and Discovery

Read the whole document (2,550 characters)
  • When: Week 1
  • What happens: Callie will run a one-hour kickoff call and walk through your source systems.
  • What we need from you: Names and email addresses of your 15 users; credentials for up to four systems in writing (contracts, tickets, etc.); a data owner to answer schema questions.
  • Critical: All credentials must arrive in writing before we can switch on the first refresh.

Phase 2: Connector Setup and Testing

  • When: Weeks 2–3
  • What happens: Callie connects each system, tests data flow, and checks that records are landing correctly in your brain.
  • What we need: Rapid replies if a connector fails or if a data sample looks incomplete. If a system credential changes (e.g. password reset), tell us immediately.

Phase 3: Training and Handover

  • When: Week 4
  • What happens: Callie trains your designated admin to query the brain, reviews the data structure, and leaves a setup note covering daily checks and common issues.
  • After handover: Your Customer Success Manager, Marcus Bell, takes over for adoption support and quarterly check-ins.

Success Criteria

  • All connector credentials in writing by end of Week 1
  • First data refresh complete with no critical errors
  • Your admin can log in and run a test query
  • Setup note left with your brain account
  • All 15 licensed users added
