What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Data processing agreement between Marlstone Legal (controller) and BG-Demo (processor), effective 1 April 2025. It sets a breach notification deadline of 24 hours and a five business day sub-processor objection window. The signature lines are blank.
What it is: a DPA under the underlying Master Service Agreement, covering processing for B-Glass analytics service. Marlstone Legal is controller and BG-Demo is processor.
Commits: BG-Demo to notify any suspected or confirmed breach "no later than 24 hours of discovery", to keep a current sub-processor list, and to delete or return personal data on termination.
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. The 24 hour breach deadline is the only fixed time limit BG-Demo takes on.
Not settled: the signature fields are blank lines, and the Marlstone Legal name is empty, so the text alone does not show who signed for the customer. The title given is Head of Operations. The file is stored as executed and the signature block is dated 14 March 2025. The document states no price, term end or renewal.
