1. Service
BG-Demo will provide access to B-Glass (the "Service") running within your Snowflake account, on the Growth plan, for the period 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Mar 2026.
2. Service Levels
The Service will maintain:
- Availability: 99.5% uptime
- Data refresh: Nightly completion by 07:00 UK time on business days
- P1 support response: within 1 business hour
If availability falls below 99.5% in any month, BG-Demo will credit 10% of that month's subscription fee.
3. Fees and Payment

4. Scope

Implementation includes:
- Up to eight data connectors: your CRM, call recorder, email, accounting system, and others as scoped
- User access for up to forty team members
- The dashboards builder
- Quarterly business reviews
5. Support
- Email and chat support during business hours
- Quarterly business reviews with our account and support teams
- Access to the Solutions Engineer for setup and troubleshooting
6. Term and Renewal
The initial term is 12 months from 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Mar 2026. Renewal terms are annual. Either party may terminate with 90 days' written notice prior to the end of any term.
7. Data
All data is stored in your Snowflake account. You retain all rights to your data. On termination, we will delete our own systems within 30 days; your Snowflake data remains yours.
