What it is: a draft proposal to expand the existing Growth subscription for Harrowden Foods, prepared by Lewis Kerr with Amara Obi as customer success manager. The text marks it as a draft, matching the stored status.

Commits: nothing yet. "It is not an offer until an order form has been issued and signed under the existing agreement." Service levels stay at Growth tier "unless the executed order form says otherwise".

Unusual: two figures sit side by side. The £4,405 total value is the amount invoiced for the expansion, while the £8,000 annual price carries forward at renewal.

Not settled: which lines make up the expansion, the target live date and whether a purchase order reference is needed. The text does not show how £4,405 is derived from £8,000, and nothing here shows that scope was confirmed or an order form issued.

Body

Harrowden Foods - Proposal v1

Status: Draft Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Amara Obi Date: 3 Jun 2026 Type: Expansion of the existing Growth subscription

This draft is for discussion with Harrowden Foods. It is not an offer until an order form has been issued and signed under the existing agreement.

Context

Harrowden Foods has been a BB-Demo customer since 5 Jan 2026, on the Growth tier. The company brain was bought so that commercial insights and customer service can see retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders together, across both of your sites.

Since go-live the brain has been used steadily and the trend is encouraging:

  • The number of people asking questions of the brain has grown strongly compared with the prior quarter.
  • There has been only one support ticket in the last thirty days, and none of high priority.
  • There are no overdue invoices on the account.

The current contract covers 40 licensed users and is worth £50k in contracted annual recurring revenue. It runs to 4 Jan 2027.

To put a number on it: the expansion described below is a modest, additive step. It is not a change of tier and it does not reopen the existing terms.

What we are proposing

An expansion of the Growth subscription, co-termed to your renewal on 4 Jan 2027, so that you have one renewal date and one conversation about the whole account.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate on invoice.

Please note that the total value of this deal (£4,405) is the amount invoiced for the expansion under this proposal. The annual price (£8,000) is what the expansion costs on a full-year basis and is the figure that will carry forward at renewal. These two numbers are not interchangeable.

Scope

The expansion sits inside the Growth tier and uses the same Snowflake account, the same security arrangements and the same support model as your current subscription. In practice that means:

  • No new implementation project is required for the existing sources.
  • Any additional source connected under the expansion would carry a "live within" commitment in the order form, agreed with your team before signature.
  • Service levels remain those of the Growth tier, unless the executed order form says otherwise.
  • Quarterly business reviews continue with Amara Obi as normal.

Why now

Usage is rising and the account is healthy, which is the right moment to agree any extension rather than waiting for the renewal. Doing it now also means the value of the brain can be reviewed once, at the quarterly review, against the full picture.

I would not want you to buy more than the usage supports. The current licence of 40 users still leaves headroom, so the case for this expansion rests on the scope agreed, not on a shortage of seats.

Open points

This is a draft and the following remain to be settled before an order form is prepared:

  • Confirmation, with your commercial insights and customer service teams, of exactly which lines make up the expansion.
  • Confirmation of the target date by which you would like the expansion to be live.
  • Whether your finance team needs a purchase order reference on the invoice.
