What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Proposal dated 23 Mar 2026 from Matteo Ricci for the Enterprise tier, run inside the customer's Snowflake account. It states no figures: price is the current Enterprise list price and the order form will carry exact amounts. Nothing is contracted until executed.
What it is: a final proposal from Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, to Ardcarne Life Assurance. It scopes Enterprise with SSO and SCIM, the dashboards builder, an executive sponsor and quarterly business reviews.
Commits: it describes Enterprise service levels only in summary. The refresh is stated as "completes by 07:00 customer local time on business days" and credits cover availability and data freshness. Payment terms are thirty days.
Unusual: the proposal openly refers to the July outage seen in the customer's security review, and promises written incident handling and notification commitments in the order form.
Not settled: "Nothing is contracted until the order form is executed by both parties." No price figure, implementation fee, term, signatory or connector dates are stated. The evidence does not show whether an order form followed.

Body
Ardcarne Life Assurance - Proposal
Prepared for: Ardcarne Life Assurance, Dublin Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success lead: Elena Novak Date: Monday 23 March 2026 Status: Final
Context
Ardcarne Life Assurance is an Irish life and pensions insurer, supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland and subject to DORA. Broker distribution and customer service both work with the same broker firms, but each sees them through a different system and a different set of notes.
You asked us for one view of each broker firm that both teams can trust, built in a way your security and compliance functions can examine and defend to your regulator. This proposal sets out what we would deliver, how it would run, and what we ask of you.
I would rather you heard it from me directly: your security review ran through our July outage. You saw that incident at first hand, and your security team asked hard questions about it. We answered them in writing and we will keep doing so. Nothing in this proposal replaces that record, and we will share any further incident documentation your team asks for.
What we propose
Read the whole document (6,112 characters)
We propose the Enterprise tier of the company brain, run inside your own Snowflake account, so that your data stays within your environment and under your controls.
The brain brings your CRM, call recordings, emails, tickets and related business data into one layer that your teams can query in plain language. For Ardcarne, the first purpose is a single, current picture of each broker firm: who the contacts are, what has been discussed, what is open, and what has changed.
Scope
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise, company-wide use |
| Core capabilities | Pages, chat and search across connected sources |
| Dashboards | The dashboards builder, so your teams can build their own broker views |
| Identity | SSO and SCIM, so access follows your existing identity controls |
| Governance | An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews with your customer success lead |
| Implementation | Fixed-fee implementation, including security review support |
| Data location | Inside your Snowflake account |
The user and connector allowances are those of the Enterprise tier. If your teams need more users or more connectors than the tier includes, we would price additional blocks as add-ons. We would not ask you to change tier for that.
Security and regulatory fit
Because the brain runs inside your Snowflake account, BB-Demo does not hold a separate copy of your data on our own platform. That is the main reason many regulated buyers choose this design.
For your regulator, we suggest we agree early what evidence your team needs to see. In practice that means:
- the architecture and the data flows between your connected systems and the brain;
- the access model, including how SSO and SCIM map to your roles;
- our incident handling and notification commitments, which we would set out in the order form;
- how the nightly refresh is monitored and what happens when it is late.
What does your regulator need to see? Tell us, and we will put the answer in writing rather than relying on a conversation.
Service levels
The Enterprise service levels apply. In summary:
- Availability is held to the Enterprise commitment, which is the highest of our three tiers.
- Priority one issues receive the fastest first response we offer.
- The nightly refresh completes by 07:00 customer local time on business days.
- Service credits cover both availability and data freshness on Enterprise.
Availability and freshness are different things. A brain can be up and answering while the data behind it is stale, which is why the Enterprise tier credits both. The order form will state the exact figures, and any term you negotiate in the order form takes precedence over the summary here.
Premium support and the Sandbox are available as add-ons if your security and change-control process requires a named engineer or a place to test before release.
Commercials
| Item | Basis |
|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Annual, invoiced in advance, at the current Enterprise list price |
| Implementation | One-off fixed fee for Enterprise, including security review support |
| Payment terms | Thirty days |
| Billing option | Quarterly billing on request |
| Currency | Pounds sterling |
The subscription price in this proposal is the current Enterprise list price. The order form under our master agreement will carry the exact amounts, the implementation fee and the term. Nothing is contracted until the order form is executed by both parties.
Any connectors we list in the order form will carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days. We will only commit to a date once our engineering team has confirmed it.
Approach
- Mobilise: agree the sponsor on each side, the first connected sources, and the security evidence pack.
- Connect: bring in the priority sources and check that the broker records join correctly across them.
- Validate: your distribution and service teams test the broker view against cases they know well.
- Go live: roll out to the first user groups, with training and a review of early questions.
- Review: the first quarterly business review looks at usage, value and any open issues.
What we ask of Ardcarne
- A named business sponsor and a named technical owner for your Snowflake account.
- Access to the source systems for the connectors in scope.
- A route to your security and compliance reviewers for evidence questions.
- A small group of broker-facing users to validate early results.
Next steps
- Confirm the scope in this proposal, or tell us what you would change.
- Tell us which regulatory evidence your team needs, so we can prepare it.
- Agree who signs for Ardcarne Life Assurance, so we can issue the order form.
I am happy to walk your team through any section, and to confirm any point in writing.
Best regards, Matteo
Matteo Ricci Account Executive, BB-Demo
