What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck by Daniel Okafor dated 27 Jul 2025 for a Growth tier customer whose term ends on 1 Sep 2025. Active users sit "Just under ten" against 40 licensed, with no tickets in 30 days. It sets up the renewal conversation and states £44k as contracted annual recurring revenue.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review from the BG-Demo Customer Success Manager, filed under the customer's QBRs folder. It covers usage, support health, value delivered and next steps ahead of the term end on 1 Sep 2025.
Commits: nothing new. The deck says "The order form remains the document that sets out price and terms. Nothing in this review changes it." It restates Growth tier, 40 licensed users and £44k as a contract summary.
Unusual: usage is thin. Active users are "Just under ten" of 40, so a small group carries the value, which the deck flags as a key-person risk. Value examples are not yet written down.
Not settled: renewal terms, price and whether access widens. The deck does not give usage by connector, records indexed or questions asked per person. It is dated 27 Jul 2025, so it is stale against the later renewal position, which the document does not show.

Calderbrook Housing Group - QBR
Quarterly business review prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
Review date: Sunday 27 July 2025 Status: Final Account owner: Tom Ashdown Tier: Growth
1. Purpose of this review
Thank you for making the time. This review is a chance to step back from the day-to-day and look at how B-Glass is being used at Calderbrook, what it has delivered for the business-intelligence team, and what needs to be settled before the current term ends on 1 Sep 2025.
We will cover:
- Where you started and what the brain was bought to do
- Usage over the last quarter
- Support and service health
- The value the team has been getting
- Questions we would like to hear your view on
- Next steps for the coming weeks
2. Where we started
Calderbrook joined BG-Demo on Monday 2 September 2024 on the Growth tier. The aim was clear from the first conversations: give the business-intelligence team one picture across the information that housing teams normally hold in separate places.
Read the whole document (5,574 characters)
| Source area | What the team wanted to bring together |
|---|---|
| Tenant calls | What tenants are telling you, in their own words |
| Repairs tickets | Volume, themes and how quickly work is closed |
| Complaints | Patterns and repeat issues |
| Rent arrears | Early signs and trends alongside everything else |
The end goal was a board-ready view, so that the picture put in front of the board was not stitched together by hand each time.
3. Contract at a glance
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £44k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Customer since | 2 Sep 2024 |
| Current term ends | 1 Sep 2025 |
| Includes | Pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder, quarterly QBRs |
The order form remains the document that sets out price and terms. Nothing in this review changes it.
4. Usage this quarter
| Measure | Position |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Active users, 30-day average | Just under ten |
| Change against the prior quarter | Up slightly |
A few observations, offered honestly:
- Active use is steady and has edged up on the previous quarter, which is encouraging.
- Active users are a fraction of the licensed users. That tells us the brain is being used well by a core group, and that there is room for more of the organisation to benefit if that is what you want.
- A small, focused group is typical of a business-intelligence led rollout. It also means the value depends on a few people, so it is worth thinking about who else should be asking questions.
This deck does not break usage down by connector, records indexed or questions asked per person. If those would help the discussion, we can bring them to the session.
5. Support and service health
| Measure | Last 30 days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | None |
| High-priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
It has been a quiet period. Quiet can mean things are running well, and we would like to hear from the team whether that matches their experience, or whether there are small frustrations that never made it into a ticket. How is the team finding it day to day?
6. Value delivered
From what we have seen and heard through the year:
- One picture instead of several. Tenant calls, repairs, complaints and arrears can be asked about together, rather than reconciled by hand.
- Board-ready output. The business-intelligence team can answer follow-up questions from leadership without starting a new piece of analysis each time.
- Time given back. Effort that used to go into assembling the data can go into interpreting it.
We would like to capture this in the team's own words. If you can share one or two examples of a question the brain answered that would otherwise have taken days, we will write them up properly so the value is visible to people beyond the immediate team.
7. Risks and open points
| Area | Observation | Suggested response |
|---|---|---|
| Breadth of use | A small group carries most of the activity | Agree who else should be using the brain |
| Headroom | Licensed users well above active users | Decide whether to widen access or keep the footprint focused |
| Renewal timing | Term ends on 1 Sep 2025 | Hold the renewal conversation in good time |
| Evidence of value | Outcomes not yet written down in one place | Capture examples together |
8. Questions we would like your view on
- What has been most useful to the business-intelligence team since September?
- Is there anything you wanted the brain to do that it has not yet done?
- Are the sources feeding the brain still the right ones, and are any changing?
- Who else in the organisation should be seeing this picture?
- How do you want to approach the end of the current term?
9. Next steps
| Action | Owner | By when |
|---|---|---|
| Share the usage detail behind this review if the team would like it | Daniel Okafor | Before the next conversation |
| Agree a time for the renewal conversation | Daniel Okafor with the Calderbrook team | Ahead of 1 Sep 2025 |
| Confirm commercial terms for any next term | Tom Ashdown | Ahead of 1 Sep 2025 |
| Collect examples of value for a short written summary | Daniel Okafor with the business-intelligence team | Within the next few weeks |
Just to close the loop: I will come back to you with a proposed time for the renewal conversation, and I am happy to adjust the agenda to whatever is most useful for your team.
Best wishes, Daniel
