What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft Starter-tier proposal from Tom Ashdown dated 2 Nov 2023. Annual subscription £20k per year billed annually in advance; £26k is the first-year total including one-off implementation, not an annual price. Prices still to be confirmed before issue.
What it is: a draft proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, for the Starter tier inside Hollins Tarrant's own Snowflake account. It covers client accounts, the placements pipeline and client-facing tickets as sources.
Commits: nothing binding. It states an annual subscription of £20k, "Per year, billed annually in advance", and an implementation of about four weeks as a fixed-fee, one-off. The £26k is "the total value of the deal for the first year" and "is not an annual price".
Unusual: the document says plainly that two figures must not be confused. It also gives no connector delivery dates, availability figure or P1 response time.
Not settled: "Prices to be confirmed by Tom before this is issued." The start date and connector order are open. It is a proposal, not an order form, and the executed order form decides contracted price and terms.

Body
Hollins Tarrant - Proposal v1
Draft. Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo. Dated 2 Nov 2023.
Context
Hollins Tarrant is a Bristol recruitment firm placing engineering and professional staff across the South West. Today the consultants look at client accounts in one place, the placements pipeline in the CRM, and client-facing tickets in the helpdesk, and none of them lines up with the others without some manual effort.
This proposal sets out how B-Glass would put those three views in one place.
Scope
BG-Demo proposes the Starter tier, built and run inside Hollins Tarrant's own Snowflake account.
- One team using the brain: pages, chat and search.
- Client accounts, the placements pipeline and client-facing tickets connected as sources. Starter allows four connectors, which is enough for this scope.
- The Starter user allowance, with additional users available as an add-on if more consultants want access.
- A six-monthly check-in with the BG-Demo customer success manager, Marcus Bell.
Implementation
Read the whole document (2,180 characters)
A fixed-fee, one-off implementation of about four weeks. BG-Demo connects the sources, checks that the placements data reads correctly and shows the first users how to ask the brain.
Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Annual subscription, Starter | Per year, billed annually in advance | £20k |
| Implementation, Starter | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee | Subscription plus implementation | £26k |
To be clear about how those two figures relate: £26k is the total value of the deal for the first year and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price. The annual subscription is £20k, billed annually in advance. The balance is the implementation fee.
