What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final Growth-tier QBR deck prepared by Elena Novak for the review on 21 Sep 2026. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £45k and a contract end of 4 Jan 2027. No availability or P1 figures are stated.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review deck, marked Final, written by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU. It covers contract position, usage, value, support and the renewal.
Commits: Elena will "confirm the outcome in writing" on the one high priority ticket, raise the overdue invoice with finance, and agree a measure of time saved before the renewal conversation. Tom Ashdown is to prepare the renewal proposal ahead of contract end on 4 Jan 2027.
Unusual: the deck states "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £45k, which is above the v1 Growth list of £44k in the company brief. It is a deck figure, not an executed order form.
Not settled: usage is described only as "well below the licensed number of 40" with no counts. The deck holds no measured before and after on time saved, and it gives no date for finance's work on the overdue invoice.

Body
Veldmaat Payments - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier Prepared by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, BG-Demo Review date: Monday 21 September 2026 Status: Final
1. Agenda
To confirm, today we cover the following, as agreed in the invitation:
- Where Veldmaat Payments stands under the contract
- Usage and adoption since the previous quarter
- Value: what the brain is doing for account managers and merchant risk
- Support and account housekeeping
- Plan for the coming months and the renewal
2. Contract at a glance
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer | Veldmaat Payments, Amsterdam |
| Tier | Growth |
| Customer since | 5 Jan 2026 |
| Contract end | 4 Jan 2027 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £45k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| BG-Demo account owner | Tom Ashdown |
| Customer Success Manager | Elena Novak |
The brain gives each merchant one view across HubSpot, Zendesk and the accounting system, so that account managers and merchant risk work from the same picture.
3. Usage and adoption
Read the whole document (3,553 characters)
- Average daily active users over the last thirty days sit well below the licensed number of 40, so there is clear headroom inside the Growth user allowance.
- Active users are up on the prior quarter, which is the direction we want to see.
- Adoption is led by the account management teams. Merchant risk is the group where I see the most room to grow.
What this tells us: the brain is being used and use is rising, but only part of the licensed population is asking questions regularly. Growth in usage is therefore a matter of enablement, not of buying more seats.
4. Value delivered
- Account managers can see a merchant's tickets and commercial context in one place instead of switching between systems.
- Merchant risk can check the same record that account management sees, which reduces the manual reconciliation that was the reason for the purchase.
- The dashboards builder, included in Growth, is available to both teams and is the natural next step for recurring reporting.
To confirm, we do not yet hold a measured before and after on the time saved. I will make sure we agree a simple measure with the team so that the value can be stated plainly at renewal.
5. Support and account housekeeping
| Area | Position |
|---|---|
| Tickets in the last thirty days | One |
| High priority tickets in the last thirty days | One |
| Overdue invoices | One |
- The single ticket was raised at high priority. It is being handled under the Growth service level and I will confirm the outcome in writing.
- One invoice is showing as overdue. I will raise this with our finance team and come back to you with their confirmation. I will not give a date for their work before they have agreed it.
6. Plan for the next months
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short enablement session for merchant risk | Elena Novak with the Veldmaat Payments team | Before the next review |
| Agree a simple measure of time saved | Elena Novak | Before the renewal conversation |
| Confirm the overdue invoice with our finance team | Elena Novak | Next week |
| Prepare the renewal proposal ahead of contract end on 4 Jan 2027 | Tom Ashdown | Ahead of the renewal notice |
7. Renewal
The current term ends on 4 Jan 2027. The renewal notice and conversation sit with me as Customer Success Manager, and Tom Ashdown owns the commercial terms. My aim is that by then we can show the value in numbers the Veldmaat Payments team recognises as its own.
Kind regards, Elena
