What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Growth tier QBR deck presented by Elena Novak on 28 May 2026. Active users averaged between seven and eight against 40 licensed, two high priority tickets were open, and the deck states £45k contracted with contract end 4 Jan 2027.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly review from Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU. It covers usage, value, tickets and next steps for the Growth tier account.
States: "Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £45k", 40 licensed users and a contract end of 4 Jan 2027. It is a review deck, not the order form, so the executed paper still decides price and terms.
Usage: "Active users over the last thirty days averaged between seven and eight." The deck calls this headroom and says it has not yet looked at which teams drive the activity.
Risk: two high priority tickets were raised in the last thirty days. The deck promises a written review against the Growth service levels but does not give response times or the outcome.
Not settled: no measured time saving is claimed, and the deck does not say why £45k differs from the Growth list prices in the price book. The renewal conversation is only proposed, with no date.

The brain gives Veldmaat Payments one view of each merchant across HubSpot, Zendesk and the accounting system.
Slide 3: Usage and adoption
- Active users over the last thirty days averaged between seven and eight.
- That is almost double the previous quarter, which is a clear step forward from the onboarding period.
- Against 40 licensed users, there is still considerable headroom. Most licences are not yet in regular use.
- To confirm, we have not yet looked at which teams account for most of the activity. That is a point for discussion today.
Slide 4: Value delivered

- Account managers and merchant risk now work from the same merchant picture rather than reconciling three systems by hand.
- The value case for the next review should be written in Veldmaat Payments' own terms. We ask the team to name one or two decisions that were quicker or better informed because of the brain.
- This evidence does not yet show a measured time saving, so we make no claim on that today.
Slide 5: Issues and support
- Two tickets were raised in the last thirty days, and both were marked high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices.
- I will make sure that both tickets are reviewed against the Growth service levels and that the outcome is sent in writing after this session.
Slide 6: Plan and next steps
- Agree which teams should be brought in next to grow regular use beyond the current group. Owner: Elena Novak with the Veldmaat Payments sponsor.
- Review the two high priority tickets and confirm the root cause in writing. Owner: Elena Novak.
- Capture one or two concrete value examples for the next review. Owner: Veldmaat Payments team leads.
- Start the renewal conversation well ahead of the contract end on 4 Jan 2027, so that scope and users are agreed early. Owner: Elena Novak, with Tom Ashdown for commercial terms.
Kind regards, Elena
