What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo of the brain for Mei Xin Lim, Head of Customer Service. She asked about refresh, connector breaks, data isolation and SSO. SSO is Enterprise only. Proposal promised the same day, with Rajesh, the COO, to review it.
What happened: Hannah Lowe walked Mei Xin through the chat view, connectors and nightly refresh on 2 Dec 2024. Lewis Kerr positioned Growth: 40 users, eight connectors, eight weeks to implement.
Customer view: Mei Xin was keen to see it on Pasir Laut's data. She probed freshness, what happens if a connector breaks, and whether other customers could see their data.
Commercial: She asked for SSO. Hannah said it is Enterprise only, and Lewis framed it as a later add-on conversation. Rajesh, the COO, is the numbers buyer and has not yet been on a call.
Watch: Hannah warned that any system missed now becomes a separate conversation later. Connector scope is the main risk to the first contract.

Transcript
- Lewis KerrMorning, Mei Xin. Can you hear me?
- Mei Xin LimHi Lewis, yes, sound's good. Hannah's not here yet?
- Lewis KerrShe's joining now. Hannah, you're on. Morning, Mei Xin, thanks for the time.
- Hannah LoweMorning. How was your week?
- Mei Xin LimBusy, but keen to see how this works with our data.
- Lewis KerrRight. So today Hannah walks you through the brain, that's our query layer on your Snowflake. We've connected your CRM, calls and email, so you ask questions across all three.
- Hannah LoweExactly. Everything runs in your own Snowflake account. You own the data, we refresh it nightly by 07:00 your time, and you ask questions in plain English. I'll show you the connectors and walk through a couple of real questions.
- Mei Xin LimThat's helpful. What do you mean by the refresh, every day?
- Hannah LoweEvery business day, by 07:00. So yesterday's CRM updates are indexed and searchable by breakfast time. The short answer is your data's never more than a day old. The longer answer is we can tune that, but most customers find nightly enough.
- Mei Xin LimAnd how many people can use it?
- Lewis KerrGrowth is 40 users, soft limit, so if a couple jump on for a month you won't hit a wall. Eight connectors too, so CRM, calls, email, plus Slack, accounting, whatever makes sense.
- Hannah LoweConnectors are where the magic happens. To ask 'which customer complained about delivery in a call and opened a support ticket', you need both connectors live. We promise those go live within a few days.
- Mei Xin LimOkay. And if a connector breaks, if the CRM stops syncing?
- Hannah LoweWe monitor it. If we see a break, we alert you and investigate. Usually it's a permissions change or field mapping. Growth gets one business hour response for high priority tickets. Enterprise gets 30 minutes.
- Lewis KerrYou're Growth, so you're one hour.
- Hannah LoweRight. Let me show you the interface. This is the chat view. You type a question in English, something like 'which electronics shipments had a quality dispute in the last quarter'. The brain runs the query and shows the answer with source data underneath.
- Mei Xin LimReal-time or the overnight refresh?
- Hannah LoweThe refresh. You ask, the brain looks at yesterday's data, and you get the answer in seconds. You can also save a question as a page or build a dashboard that refreshes every night.
- Lewis KerrWhich saves everyone time and keeps everyone on the same numbers.
- Mei Xin LimThat's useful. Can we keep this to Pasir Laut only, or does the brain see other customers' data?
- Hannah LoweOnly yours. Each brain is isolated in its own Snowflake schema. Your data stays yours.
- Mei Xin LimGood. You mentioned SSO, can we lock it down to our email only?
- Hannah LoweSSO is Enterprise only, so that's not part of Growth. Growth uses username and password per user, or API keys for programmatic access. It's an add-on conversation later if you need it.
- Lewis KerrNo pressure. Most customers start with Growth and add SSO later. Let's not complicate the first contract.
- Mei Xin LimFair enough. How long is the implementation?
- Lewis KerrEight weeks for Growth. We map your data, build the connectors, run security checks, and train your team. Check-ins every other week.
- Hannah LoweAnd you get quarterly business reviews after you're live, so we'll look at what you're asking and how to get more value.
- Mei Xin LimOkay. Next steps, do we get a formal proposal?
- Lewis KerrYes, I'll send it over today. Scope, timeline, price and all the terms. You'll want to share it with Rajesh before you get back to us, he's your COO?
- Mei Xin LimThat's right. He'll want to see the numbers.
- Lewis KerrTotally. I'll include the whole package so there's nothing hidden. How about we pick up a quick call next week if Rajesh has questions, and then move to the next stage?
- Hannah LoweOne thing, make sure you have a list of every system Pasir Laut uses. CRM, calls, email, accounting, shipping tracking, everything your team uses for customer comms. If we wire it now we're done; if we miss one, adding it later is a separate conversation.
- Mei Xin LimWill do. When are you thinking next week?
- Lewis KerrHow about next Thursday morning your time? Gives you a few days to read the proposal and chat with Rajesh.
- Mei Xin LimNext Thursday works. I'll loop him in.
- Lewis KerrPerfect. I'll get the proposal over by end of day and send a calendar invite. Cheers, Mei Xin.
- Mei Xin LimThanks, both. Speak soon.
