What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo on 19 May 2025 for a Starter prospect. Róisín Kavanagh's main pain is reporting and she said they were close to ready. An order form was to be sent; the call does not show whether it was signed.
What happened: Lewis Kerr and Anya Petrova demoed the brain on the prospect's own Salesforce, call and email data on 19 May 2025. Róisín Kavanagh, Operations Manager, attended with Ciarán Hughes, a recruitment consultant.
Customer view: Róisín said reporting is the biggest pain and that building a dashboard once saves her a ton of time. Ciarán liked finding candidates he had spoken to before, and asked how accurate it is.
Commercial: The scope was Starter, four weeks' implementation, with check-ins every six months. Lewis said he would send the order form that day, and Róisín Kavanagh and Ciarán Hughes said they would review it and come back.
Watch: The call does not show whether the order form was signed. Anya was open that the answers are not perfect, so accuracy is worth watching early.

Transcript
- Lewis KerrGood morning, Róisín, Ciarán. Thanks for joining. Anya's here from our solutions team and she's going to walk you through how the brain actually works with your data.
- Róisín KavanaghThanks. Ciarán's one of our consultants, so he'll see the day-to-day value from his side.
- Anya PetrovaBrilliant. So what I'm about to show you is the brain running against your Salesforce, your calls and email. I've been working with your team to pull in some of your actual data so you can see it working on your own system. I can walk through pages, dashboards, and search. What would be most useful to see first?
- Ciarán HughesI'd like to see how it works when I'm trying to find a candidate I've spoken to before. Is it pulling from the calls?
- Anya PetrovaYeah, exactly. So let me show you. I can type a question like 'show me candidates I spoke to about React roles last month'. The brain looks at your call recordings, your Salesforce contacts, your emails. It pulls back a list with the candidate name, the call date, what was discussed. You're not listening to recordings manually or searching through Salesforce, it's all done for you.
- Ciarán HughesThat's actually really useful. How accurate is it?
- Anya PetrovaGood question. It's not perfect. It's very accurate most of the time, sometimes you'll get a candidate who wasn't the main topic but got mentioned. With your feedback it learns. The more you use it the better it gets for your team.
- Róisín KavanaghAnd how does it help with reporting? That's where we're biggest pain.
- Anya PetrovaSo we have dashboards for that. You build them the way you want. Let me show you a dashboard for monthly pipeline. You can see candidates by stage, conversion rate, source of placement. You get it updated every night when the data refreshes. So the next morning it's current.
- Róisín KavanaghDo we build these dashboards or do you?
- Anya PetrovaYou do. We'll train you up. It's a point-and-click builder, no coding. Takes maybe an hour to build your first dashboard. After that it's easy.
- Lewis KerrSo from an operations standpoint, Róisín, instead of spending half a day on a report you build it once and you've got it forever.
- Róisín KavanaghThat saves me a ton of time. What about the refresh? How current is the data?
- Anya PetrovaEvery night by seven in the morning your local time. So on business days you wake up to fresh data.
- Ciarán HughesCan I ask questions of it from my phone or do I need to be at a computer?
- Anya PetrovaBoth. Web interface, mobile too. We've got a chat interface so you just type your question, like you're texting someone. That's probably the fastest way.
- Róisín KavanaghOkay. And what happens if a system breaks or the data goes stale?
- Anya PetrovaWe monitor it. If Salesforce stops syncing or a call recording connector breaks, we get an alert. For Starter you'll get an email from us. We'll fix it within the first response time, which for Starter is four business hours.
- Lewis KerrSo to step back, you're looking at four weeks' implementation, go live early June. After that you've got check-ins every six months with our team. As usage grows we can talk about upgrades if you need more users or connectors.
- Róisín KavanaghI think we're close to ready. Anything else you need from us?
- Anya PetrovaNope. We've got what we need. Next step is Lewis sends you an order form and we'll get started once it's signed.
- Lewis KerrI'll send that today. Once you've reviewed it and you're ready to sign, let me know and we'll kick off. Any questions before we wrap?
- Ciarán HughesI think you've covered it. Sounds good.
- Róisín KavanaghYeah, I'm happy. We'll review and get back to you.
- Lewis KerrPerfect. Speak soon.
