Transcript
- Jordan PikeRhonda, thanks for the time. Today we're going to show you the brain on your actual data: your Salesforce, your Zendesk tickets, your calls. We'll walk through a couple of scenarios you mentioned in discovery.
- Rhonda StierwaltPerfect. I've been looking forward to this.
- Hannah LoweGreat. I'm sharing my screen now. So this is the query interface. On the left you type your question, and on the right you get results pulled from Salesforce, your Zendesk tickets, and your call transcripts from Gong. Let me ask a real question from your business. I'm going to search for all customers in the Midwest region who've opened more than two support tickets in the last month, and I want to see what they called about and what notes are in Salesforce.
- Jordan PikeAnd there's your answer in about two seconds.
- Rhonda StierwaltWait, how is it knowing what they called about?
- Hannah LoweGong records your calls and transcribes them. We index the transcripts so they're searchable. So when you ask for customers who called about delivery delays, the brain finds those calls even if the transcript keyword never made it to Salesforce.
- Rhonda StierwaltThat's powerful. How current is the data?
- Hannah LoweEvery morning by seven your time. Salesforce records, Zendesk tickets, new call transcripts, all refreshed nightly.
- Jordan PikeSo you're never working with stale data.
- Rhonda StierwaltCan my finance team see this?
- Hannah LoweAbsolutely. On Enterprise you build dashboards. So your finance team could have a dashboard showing churn reasons, customer satisfaction by region, whatever they want to monitor. They see it updated every morning.
- Jordan PikeOne hundred and fifty users are included, so everyone who needs it has access.
- Rhonda StierwaltHow invasive is the implementation?
- Hannah LoweFor Enterprise, twelve weeks. Your IT gives us read access to Salesforce, Zendesk and Gong, that's week one. We build the connectors and do a security review with your team. We'll document all of our controls and answer any questionnaires they have. Last two weeks you're testing and training your people.
- Jordan PikeAnd everything runs inside your Snowflake account. We don't have access to your raw data.
- Rhonda StierwaltRight. And we can start mid-December?
- Hannah LoweYes. Mid-December through late March gets you live just after your peak season.
- Rhonda StierwaltI think Dwayne will want to see this. Can you walk through it again with him?
- Jordan PikeOf course. Let's set up another session with both of you, and then we can move into the security review and order form.
- Rhonda StierwaltGreat. I'll check his calendar.
- Jordan PikeThanks, Rhonda. I'll follow up with a calendar invite by end of week.
