Imelda Postlethwaite and Robyn Tyson liked the Starter demo on 8 Apr 2026. Imelda said she would check with Charles and get back to Sophie Ling. The call does not show a decision.

What happened: Hannah Lowe demoed the brain on Coniston Lodge's Salesforce and transaction data across eight hotels. She showed natural language questions, a sample dashboard and chat, and Sophie Ling covered Starter limits and a four-week implementation.

Customer view: Robyn said the brain looked much better than today's manual exports and emailing. She also asked why spring is weaker, which needs pricing or market data not yet connected.

Commercial: Imelda said she would check with Charles and get back to Sophie. Charles was not on the call and his role is not shown.

Watch: Robyn wants revenue per room and occupancy, so connector demand may outgrow Starter's four. In my judgement, two teams asking for different metrics may suit Growth.

Next steps

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • Sophie Ling to send Imelda Postlethwaite a summary of the demo and the Starter order form.
  • Imelda to review it with Charles and reply to Sophie.

Risks

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • The decision rests with Charles, who was not on the call.
  • Data quality in Salesforce could limit the answers and weaken the first impression.
  • Questions about why spring is weaker cannot be answered until pricing or market data is connected.

Opportunities

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • Robyn Tyson wants metrics such as revenue per room and occupancy, which could mean more connectors or a move to Growth.
  • Hannah Lowe said new properties or systems could be added later through further connectors.

Hi everyone, thanks for joining. Imelda, Robyn, this is Hannah, our solutions engineer. She's going to walk you through what the brain can do with your data.
  2. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Hi both. Thanks for having me. So we've loaded your Salesforce data and some transaction data from your hotels. I'm going to show you what you can ask and what answers you get. First question, who are your most valuable repeat customers?
  3. Imelda Postlethwaite
    Imelda Postlethwaite
Right. So you're running a query against the data we gave you?
  4. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Exactly. The short answer is the brain just answered that in seconds. The longer answer is I'm using natural language: you can literally ask it a question like you would ask a colleague, and it searches across your guest records, booking history, all of it. Here's the list of customers with ten or more bookings.
  5. Robyn Tyson
    Robyn Tyson
That's quite quick. In our system, we'd have to export that manually.
  6. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Right. And it stays up to date. Every night we refresh your data, so that list is always current. Next question, what's the seasonal pattern? Which properties are busiest when?
  7. Imelda Postlethwaite
    Imelda Postlethwaite
This is the kind of thing we've been trying to understand.
  8. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Okay. Let me show you. The brain's pulling every booking across all eight hotels, grouped by season and by property. So you can see, for example, your Ambleside property is strongest in summer, your fell property is strong in autumn. Spring is weaker across the board.
  9. Robyn Tyson
    Robyn Tyson
And can we drill down? Can you see why spring is weaker? Like, is it pricing, is it market?
  10. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Good question. The brain knows what you've told Salesforce, so it can see booking source, guest notes, special offers. What it can't see is market data, that would need to be in a system you're connecting. To be precise, if you start feeding in web traffic data or pricing data, the brain could answer that question. But with what you have now, you can see the booking facts.
  11. Imelda Postlethwaite
    Imelda Postlethwaite
    Okay, that makes sense.
  12. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
So next, let me show you a dashboard. This is something you'd build yourselves, but I've created a sample. It shows total revenue by property, bookings by month, repeat guest rate. This is the kind of thing you could look at every week, and it updates automatically.
  13. Robyn Tyson
    Robyn Tyson
Can we customise this? Like, I'd want to see revenue per room or occupancy rate, not just total revenue.
  14. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
If the data's in your systems, yes. If Salesforce or your accounting system has it, the brain can show it. You'd tell the brain what metrics you want and it builds the dashboard. Very flexible.
  15. Imelda Postlethwaite
    Imelda Postlethwaite
Right. And this is part of what we'd get with the Starter plan?
  16. Sophie Ling
    Sophie Ling
Yes. You get the search, the natural language questions, and the ability to build pages and dashboards. All inside Starter.
  17. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
One more thing, let me show you chat. You can ask the brain a question in plain English and it answers. For example, 'Which guests booked twice in the last three months?' The brain answers immediately. You can follow up with another question. It's conversational.
  18. Robyn Tyson
    Robyn Tyson
That's really useful. We currently have to email around for this stuff.
  19. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Exactly. And everyone on your team, up to the limit, can ask their own questions. So Robyn can ask about bookings, Imelda can ask about guest experience trends, someone else can ask about cancellation rates. All at the same time.
  20. Imelda Postlethwaite
    Imelda Postlethwaite
How many users do we get?
  21. Sophie Ling
    Sophie Ling
Starter gives you fifteen users, soft limit. So you can add people as you need to.
  22. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
And if you need more connectors in future, if you add a new property or connect a new system, we can do that. Starter comes with four, but you can add more.
  23. Robyn Tyson
    Robyn Tyson
This seems much better than what we're doing today. Are there any gotchas? Anything we need to worry about?
  24. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
The main thing is data quality. The brain is only as good as the data feeding it. So if your Salesforce has incomplete guest notes or wrong booking dates, the brain will reflect that. It's worth cleaning your data as you go.
  25. Imelda Postlethwaite
    Imelda Postlethwaite
That's fair. And the implementation, what does that involve for us?
  26. Sophie Ling
    Sophie Ling
Four weeks. We start the week you sign. Week one is planning and connector setup. Weeks two through four, we get you live and we train your team. By week four, you're up and running.
  27. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
We'll need you to provide credentials to Salesforce and your accounting system, and we'll do the rest. We build all the connectors, the data mapping, everything.
  28. Imelda Postlethwaite
    Imelda Postlethwaite
Okay. And what if something breaks? What's the support like?
  29. Sophie Ling
    Sophie Ling
Growth and above get a named engineer. Starter gets support during business hours, email, phone. Most things get fixed the next business day. We also do a check-in every six months so we can make sure it's working well for you.
  30. Robyn Tyson
    Robyn Tyson
That sounds good. Imelda, I think this is what we need.
  31. Imelda Postlethwaite
    Imelda Postlethwaite
I agree. When would we need to decide?
  32. Sophie Ling
    Sophie Ling
Whenever you're ready. If you want to go live in May, you'd sign in the next week or two.
  33. Imelda Postlethwaite
    Imelda Postlethwaite
Okay. I'll check with Charles and get back to you.
  34. Sophie Ling
    Sophie Ling
Perfect. I'll send a summary of what we've shown you and the Starter order form. You can go through it with Charles and let me know. Thanks both.

    Thanks, Hannah, thanks, Sophie.
