What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026On 18 Sep 2024 Julie Wardhaugh saw the brain on Ryhope's Salesforce, call recorder and Zendesk data, found it solid and asked for a Growth proposal. Allan still has to review it. Row-level access control is a gap.
What happened: Tom Ashdown and Hannah Lowe demoed the brain to Julie Wardhaugh on 18 Sep 2024, on Ryhope's own Salesforce, call recorder and Zendesk data. Julie asked about refresh, custom reports, users and security.
Customer view: Julie called the capability really powerful and said it all sounds solid. She asked for the proposal and agreed to brief Allan.
Commercial: Growth was pitched, with forty users, the dashboards builder and quarterly QBRs. Her access control question got a Snowflake permissions answer, with Enterprise named for more granular controls.
Watch: Allan has not yet seen the product and the proposal is an open item. The evidence does not show his view, a price or a signing date.

Transcript
- Tom AshdownHi Julie, can you hear us okay?
- Julie WardhaughYes, perfect.
- Tom AshdownGreat. So Hannah's here from our Solutions Engineering team. She's going to walk you through the brain, it's built on your actual data now, your real systems. Hannah?
- Hannah LoweMorning Julie. We've connected Salesforce, your call recorder, and Zendesk. All your historical data's loaded and indexed. What I'll do is show you a few searches we think will matter most to Ryhope.
- Julie WardhaughGood. Let's see what you've got.
- Hannah LoweRight. So a customer calls with a complaint about late delivery. In the old way, you'd check the order in Salesforce, find the call notes, pull up the support ticket. The brain does all that in one query. Let me search: any recent calls about delivery delays tied to accounts we've flagged as at-risk.
- Julie WardhaughWow. That's pulling from the calls?
- Hannah LoweYes. Speech-to-text from your recordings, indexed with the customer record, linked to the support ticket if one exists. One search, all three systems.
- Julie WardhaughHow often does the data update?
- Hannah LoweEvery night. So tomorrow morning, today's calls, emails, new orders, all in there.
- Tom AshdownAnd that's included in Growth: the nightly refresh, the connectors, everything.
- Julie WardhaughCan I build custom reports? Like, pull out all complaints in a given month by region?
- Hannah LoweYes. Growth includes the dashboards builder. You can create a custom dashboard, say, complaints by region by month. Save it, share it with your team. No engineering required.
- Julie WardhaughThat's really powerful. What's the user experience like? Can everyone just log in and search?
- Hannah LoweExactly. Two ways to access it: chat: you just ask a question in plain English: or search, if you want to be more precise. Anyone with a login can use it. You get forty included with Growth.
- Tom AshdownAnd as you scale, if you add more account managers, more staff, you've got headroom to add users.
- Julie WardhaughHow does security work? I need to know our data is safe.
- Hannah LoweTo be precise: the brain lives inside your Snowflake account, which is your infrastructure. We don't see your data. You own it entirely. We've gone through compliance checks, SOC2 and ISO, and everything's encrypted in transit.
- Julie WardhaughGood. What about access control? If I don't want someone seeing certain calls or customer records?
- Hannah LoweGrowth doesn't have row-level controls built in yet. But you can manage it at the Snowflake level, control who can query what. It's database-native security.
- Tom AshdownRight. And if you needed more granular controls, that's where Enterprise comes in. But honestly, for most Growth customers, Snowflake permissions are enough.
- Julie WardhaughOkay. So next steps, what happens now?
- Tom AshdownWe'll send you a proposal. It'll detail the connectors, the users, the annual investment, the timeline. You and Allan, is he around? can review. Then we'll have a negotiation call and get you signed.
- Julie WardhaughHow long does implementation take?
- Hannah LoweEight weeks from signature. We'll map your data flow, confirm everything's loading correctly, run you through the features, and make sure your team's confident. You're live and searching by week eight.
- Julie WardhaughAnd then ongoing support?
- Tom AshdownA quarterly QBR: that's a check-in with you, Allan, and us. We'll look at usage, any enhancements you need, new use cases. Support's included for any technical issues.
- Julie WardhaughAlright. That all sounds solid. Send the proposal over.
- Tom AshdownWill do. I'll get it to you within the next couple of days. Are you happy to loop Allan in once you've reviewed?
- Julie WardhaughYeah, I'll brief him and we'll come back to you.
- Tom AshdownPerfect. Thanks, Julie. Speak soon.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Julie. Cheers.
