What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo of the brain on Tewin Software's own data. Divya Raval, Head of Customer Success, wants a single customer view and quoted Starter at £26k for year one. She needs to take it to the CFO, Giles, before a proposal.
What happened: Nell Ashcombe and Tobias Renwick showed the brain over Tewin's Salesforce CRM, helpdesk tickets and email data inside Tewin's own Snowflake account. Divya asked about users, connectors and cost.
Customer view: Divya said the call solves a real problem for Tewin because customer data is scattered across systems. She asked whether a customer feedback tool could be connected, and Tobias said yes if it has an API.
Commercial: Starter was positioned with 15 users, four connectors, a £6,000 implementation over four weeks and a £20k annual subscription. Divya confirmed the first year as £26k.
Watch: Divya is not the final approver. Giles, the CFO, has not yet been met, and the only next step agreed was a proposal and a call with him.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Nell Ashcombe to send Divya Raval the Starter proposal.
- Nell Ashcombe to set up a business case call including Giles, the CFO.
- Tobias Renwick to offer a technical architecture walkthrough to Divya or Giles.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The CFO, Giles, has not seen the brain and Divya needs his agreement before buying.
- Starter limits of 15 users and four connectors may be tight given the several feedback tools Divya mentioned.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- A feedback tool with an API could be a fourth connector, which would deepen Tewin's use of Starter.
- A dashboard of health scores or support load by customer could show early value.
Transcript
- Nell AshcombeHi Divya. Thanks for making time this afternoon. Can you hear us okay?
- Divya RavalYeah, I can hear you both. Good to see you.
- Nell AshcombeSo we've got about 45 minutes. I want to show you how the brain works on your own data, and then we can talk through what it might mean for customer success at Tewin.
- Divya RavalI'm really keen to see this. We have a lot of customer data scattered across systems and it's hard to get a single view.
- Tobias RenwickThat's exactly what we're built to fix. So we've connected your Salesforce CRM, your helpdesk tickets, and some email data. Let me walk you through what that looks like inside Snowflake, that's your own Snowflake account, so your data never leaves your control.
- Divya RavalOkay, so I'm looking at a view of our customer data?
- Tobias RenwickRight. So you could ask the brain questions like, which customers have had multiple support tickets in the last month? Or which features are being used most by your largest accounts?
- Divya RavalAnd it's searching across Salesforce and the helpdesk at the same time?
- Nell AshcombeYeah. One question, all your data. And because you'd be on Starter, you get search and pages. You could build a simple dashboard showing, say, health scores or support load by customer.
- Divya RavalHow many users are we talking about for Starter?
- Tobias RenwickFifteen users. Soft limit, so a few over is fine. And you get four connectors: so Salesforce, your helpdesk, email, and one more of your choice.
- Divya RavalNice. We've got a few customer feedback tools. Could we connect one of those?
- Tobias RenwickIf it has an API, yes. We'd need to see the specifics, but that's usually doable.
- Divya RavalGreat. What does the implementation involve?
- Nell AshcombeFour weeks. We charge six thousand for the implementation. We'll get your connectors live, set up the Snowflake account if you don't have one, and do training with your team.
- Divya RavalAnd then what's the subscription?
- Nell AshcombeNineteen thousand five hundred a year. That includes six-monthly check-ins with us.
- Divya RavalSo first year is about twenty-five, five?
- Nell AshcombeThat's right. Twenty-five thousand five hundred.
- Divya RavalI'll need to run this by Giles, he's our CFO, but this solves a real problem for us.
- Tobias RenwickHappy to walk through the technical architecture with you or Giles. The main thing to know is your data stays in your Snowflake account. We just build and run the brain inside it.
- Divya RavalThat's reassuring. What's next from here?
- Nell AshcombeI'll send you a proposal. And let's get Giles on a call, we can talk through the business case and answer any questions he has.
- Divya RavalWill do. I'll have him look out for your email.
- Nell AshcombeGreat. Thanks, Divya. Speak soon.
