What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Charlotte Haigh and Jacqueline Sutcliffe saw a Growth demo. Jacqueline's pain is slow contract queries pieced together from email and folders. Sophie Ling will send a proposal, then a signed order form.
What happened: Hannah Lowe demoed search, chat and dashboards on 26 Aug 2026 to Charlotte Haigh and Jacqueline Sutcliffe, with Sophie Ling closing.
Customer view: Jacqueline said she is often piecing together information from email, the contracts folder and conversations, and called it slow. She said the demo would cut a lot of back and forth.
Commercial: Sophie described Growth, eight weeks and a one business hour critical response. She will send a proposal covering scope, timeline, connectors and investment.
Watch: Hannah said she would put the follow-up context answer in writing. The evidence does not show who signs or any price.

- Hannah Lowe to confirm the follow-up question behaviour in writing.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The evidence does not show who signs or who controls budget, as neither attendee is clearly a buyer.
- Hannah Lowe promised written detail on context handling that must match what is delivered.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Growth tier with dashboards for contracts by expiry date and tickets by age.
- A contracts use case that Jacqueline raised and Charlotte supported with questions.
Transcript
- Sophie LingHi Charlotte, Jacqueline, thanks for joining. Hannah's here too; she's our Solutions Engineer and will walk you through the brain.
- Charlotte HaighGreat, thanks for having us.
- Hannah LoweHi both. Before I dive in, is there anything specific you want to see? Any particular pain point we should focus on?
- Jacqueline SutcliffeWell, like we said before, contracts. We get queries from customers, and I'm often piecing together information from email, our contracts folder, and conversations. It's slow.
- Hannah LoweThat's the perfect use case. So what I'm going to do is show you a demo brain built on data a bit like yours. You've got contracts, you've got emails, you've got tickets coming in. The short answer is you can search and chat across all of them at once. The longer answer is I'll show you.
- Hannah LoweSo here's the interface. See the search box at the top? I'm going to type a customer name and ask it to show me all their contracts, communications, and open tickets in one place.
- Charlotte HaighSo it's pulling from multiple systems in real time?
- Hannah LoweExactly. It queries your CRM, your email archive, your helpdesk, whatever systems you connect, and it returns results ordered by relevance. To be precise, the connectors we set up during implementation load the data each night, and the search happens against your own Snowflake account.
- Jacqueline SutcliffeThat's, yeah, that would cut a lot of back and forth out. Especially if I'm talking to a customer.
- Hannah LoweRight. And you can also chat with it. So instead of searching, you can ask it in natural language. Show me all contracts for this customer that are expiring in the next month. It'll give you the answer straight away.
- Charlotte HaighDoes it handle follow-up questions? If I ask about a contract and then ask for details on the customer, does it stay in context?
- Hannah LoweYes. It's a conversation. You build context as you go. I'll put that in writing because the nuances matter, but yes, that's the idea.
- Hannah LoweNow, you can also build dashboards yourself. No coding. You drag in metrics, set filters: so for your customer service team, you might want to see tickets by status or age. For your contracts team, contract values by expiration date, that sort of thing.
- Jacqueline SutcliffeCan anyone in the team build them, or just admins?
- Hannah LoweGrowth tier includes users across your team, and they can all build dashboards. Some will be more savvy than others, but the tool is built for non-technical people. You can set permissions so sensitive stuff is gated.
- Charlotte HaighOkay, that's helpful. What about security and data, where's everything living?
- Hannah LoweEverything's in your own Snowflake account. BG-Demo doesn't store any of your data. We run the app inside your environment. So from a data residency and compliance perspective, you're in control.
- Jacqueline SutcliffeDo you need special knowledge to connect the systems: like, our email, our CRM, or is that handled for you?
- Hannah LoweWe handle it. That's part of the implementation. We connect the systems, test, and make sure the data is fresh and correct. You're involved, you tell us which systems matter, but the heavy lifting is ours.
- Charlotte HaighHow often does the data refresh?
- Hannah LoweNightly. So you wake up every morning and your brain has the latest data from the night before.
- Sophie LingAnd we'd be with you through the whole thing, from signing off the scope to making sure everything's live and your team's trained up.
- Charlotte HaighHow long does the whole implementation take?
- Sophie LingFor Growth, eight weeks. You're looking at maybe a handful of kickoff meetings from your side, I'd say about five hours total of your time, plus a training session at the end.
- Jacqueline SutcliffeAnd then what happens after, do you stick around if something breaks?
- Sophie LingYeah. You get support through your CSM and a helpdesk. If something's not working, we fix it. For Growth, we respond within a business hour to critical issues.
- Charlotte HaighOkay. I think we've got a good sense of it. Are there next steps?
- Sophie LingI'll send over a proposal: it'll spell out the scope, the timeline, what we're connecting, and the investment. If that looks good, we move to a signed order form and then we kick off.
- Charlotte HaighGreat. Thanks both.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Charlotte, Jacqueline. Happy to answer any follow-ups.
