What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Charlotte Haigh described customer-service and contracts teams stitching history together across scattered systems. Sophie Ling pitched Growth at sixty-two thousand all-in and promised a proposal the same day.
What happened: On the 30 Jul 2026 discovery call, Charlotte Haigh described customer-service and contracts teams jumping between an on-premise CRM, cloud email, a call system and shared-drive spreadsheets. Sophie Ling pitched Growth with eight connectors and an eight-week implementation.
Customer view: Charlotte wants a single view of each customer and called the customer-side workload "reasonable". She sized the teams at about twenty and about ten, overlapping.
Commercial: Sophie quoted Growth including implementation at sixty-two thousand all-in, aiming to close by early November and go live in mid-February. The evidence does not show the proposal being sent.
Watch: Charlotte is Head of Talent Acquisition, and the call does not show who holds the budget or signs. The on-premise CRM and custom spreadsheets may stretch the connector scope and timeline.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Sophie Ling to confirm the proposal reached Charlotte and book the walkthrough call.
- Sophie Ling to ask Charlotte who owns the budget and who needs to sign.
- Sophie Ling to arrange the IT and customer-service lead sessions for scoping.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The call does not show who holds the budget or signs, and Charlotte's role is Head of Talent Acquisition.
- An on-premise CRM and custom spreadsheets could stretch the Growth connector scope and eight-week plan.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- A new Growth subscription with implementation, for a team with a clear pain: no complete view of the customer.
- The four named sources (CRM, email, calls, spreadsheets) fit within Growth's eight connectors.
Transcript
- Sophie LingCharlotte, hi. Can you hear me?
- Charlotte HaighYes, I can. Hi Sophie.
- Sophie LingGood. So, thanks for taking the time. I know you're exploring the brain for your customer-service and contracts teams. Can you tell me a bit about what you're trying to solve?
- Charlotte HaighSure. So we have customer-service and contracts teams that work closely together. When a customer calls in with a question about their contract or their order, the team is jumping between systems: our CRM, email, call notes, trying to piece together the customer's history. It's time-consuming and the customer experience suffers. We're looking for a way to give them a single view.
- Sophie LingHow many people are on those teams?
- Charlotte HaighCustomer-service is about twenty, contracts is about ten. They overlap a bit, sometimes the same person does both.
- Sophie LingAnd what systems are they currently using?
- Charlotte HaighCRM for customer records, email for correspondence, a couple of custom spreadsheets for contract tracking, and we record calls in a call system.
- Sophie LingWhere's that data sitting? Is it all in one place or scattered?
- Charlotte HaighScattered. The CRM is on-premise, emails are in the cloud, calls are in a separate system, spreadsheets are on a shared drive. Nobody has a complete view unless they manually compile it.
- Sophie LingThat's exactly what the brain solves. It creates a single searchable layer over all of that. A customer-service person gets a call, they ask the brain, show me everything about this customer, and they get the full history. Every interaction, every contract, every previous issue. In seconds.
- Charlotte HaighHow does it work?
- Sophie LingWe build connectors to each of your systems, CRM, email, calls, the custom systems. We run all that inside your Snowflake, which you own. The brain queries it, your team searches it. At Growth, you get eight connectors, so you can connect everything you need.
- Charlotte HaighAnd how long does implementation take?
- Sophie LingEight weeks. We map your data, build the connectors, test, train your team. You're live by week eight. We're hands-on throughout: we talk to your IT team, we understand your setup, we make sure it works.
- Charlotte HaighAnd what's the cost?
- Sophie LingGrowth including implementation is sixty-two thousand all-in. That's the brain, up to forty users, eight connectors, dashboards, the full suite. We do quarterly check-ins after you go live.
- Charlotte HaighOkay. And timing, if we wanted to move forward?
- Sophie LingWe'd aim to close by early November, start implementation in early December, go live in mid-February.
- Charlotte HaighHow much work is involved on our side?
- Sophie LingNot huge. You bring your IT person to a couple of sessions so we can understand your systems and make sure we can access the data securely. Your customer-service lead should be involved to shape how the brain works, what searches you want, what fields matter most. Then testing and training in weeks seven and eight. You're not doing the technical work; we are.
- Charlotte HaighThat sounds reasonable. What's next?
- Sophie LingI'll send you a proposal with all the details: pricing, timeline, implementation plan. You review it, get it in front of your team, and we'll grab a call early next week to walk through it.
- Charlotte HaighGood. I'll look out for it.
- Sophie LingGreat. I'll send it over today. Cheers, Charlotte.
- Charlotte HaighThanks, Sophie. Speak soon.
