What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Hannah Lowe demoed the brain on Ashby Moor Housing's Salesforce and housing system data. Michelle Bancroft said she is ready to move forward, and Lewis Kerr will send an order form. Not signed: the record shows no executed copy.
What happened: On 28 Sep 2026 Hannah Lowe showed tenant search on connected data, including eighteen tenants with open repair requests. Michelle Bancroft asked about reports, the legacy housing connector and what happens if sync fails.
Customer view: She closed by saying she is ready to move forward. The order form is an open item, and the record does not show who signs.
Commercial: Starter has no dashboards builder, a Growth feature, so reporting is limited to exports, saved searches and scheduled reports. The four-business-hour response for Starter was stated.
Watch: The housing connector commitment was only promised in writing later. Lewis said kick-off in February, while the first call spoke of going live in February.

Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneMichelle, hi. Can you hear us?
- Michelle Bancroft NoneYes, I can. Hi Lewis, hi Hannah.
- Lewis Kerr NoneGreat. So, Hannah's here from solutions and she's going to walk you through the brain on your actual data. We've connected to your Salesforce and your housing system so you can see real examples. Hannah, what do you reckon Michelle most needs to see?
- Hannah Lowe NoneI think the search functionality, to be precise. Michelle mentioned on the last call that the team spend a lot of time digging for tenant history. So I've set up a scenario: we'll search for a specific tenant and see how the brain brings back information from Salesforce, the housing system, everything connected.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneThat sounds good.
- Hannah Lowe NoneSo here's a tenant record in our search box. The brain pulls their history: any calls we've logged, emails, any support cases, rent payment status, next steps. All in one place. No jumping between systems.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneCan we search for specific topics, like, all tenants with rent arrears?
- Hannah Lowe NoneExactly. You can search by status, you can filter by date ranges, by team member. To be precise, you have a lot of control. Let me show you. I'll search for all tenants with open repair requests in the last month. Done. Eighteen tenants. I can click through each one, see the full history, add notes. Now, the longer answer is that you can also set up saved searches, so your team has their five or ten most common searches ready to go.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneThat's really helpful. What about reports?
- Lewis Kerr NoneGood question. In Starter, you don't get the dashboards builder: that's a Growth feature: but you can export data, you can set up saved searches, and we can help you build a couple of standard reports that run automatically.
- Hannah Lowe NoneAnd reports can be emailed to your team on a schedule, weekly, monthly. We'd set that up with you during onboarding.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneAnd how would we connect this to our housing system? That's the legacy side.
- Hannah Lowe NoneWe have a direct connector for your housing system. Our team works with your IT folks during implementation: typically two or three sessions: to extract your tenant data, get it into Snowflake, and get the brain querying it. We'll put that in writing during implementation planning.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneAnd if something goes wrong? If the data isn't syncing?
- Lewis Kerr NoneWe have support. You get a check-in every six months, but if anything breaks: a connector stops syncing, a data issue, you raise a ticket and we respond within four business hours.
- Hannah Lowe NoneTo be precise, that's the service level at Starter. We'll troubleshoot, find the issue, and usually resolve it quickly. Most connector issues are something simple on the source system side, an API key expired, that sort of thing.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneOkay. And you said implementation is four weeks?
- Lewis Kerr NoneFour weeks. Week one, we map your data and systems. Weeks two and three, we build the connectors and load your data. Week four is testing: you test with your team, we train you on search and reporting, and you're live.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneAnd when would we start?
- Lewis Kerr NoneIf we close the deal in early January, we'd kick off in February.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneOkay. What happens after implementation?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYou're live and using the system. We do a check-in with you in six months to see how you're getting on, whether the brain is delivering value, if you need any adjustments. If you want to expand: add more users, add another connector, upgrade to Growth, we'd talk about that then.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneThat sounds good. I think we're ready to move forward. What's next?
- Lewis Kerr NoneI'll send you an order form with all the terms. You review, get it signed, and we're away. Any questions in the meantime, you let me know.
- Michelle Bancroft NoneThanks, Lewis. And thanks, Hannah.
- Hannah Lowe NoneGreat, thanks, Michelle. Speak soon.
- Lewis Kerr NoneCheers. Speak soon.
