What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Saltia Hardware Distributors saw a Starter demo on 8 Dec 2025 covering three connectors on its own Snowflake. Jacinta Hoad said it would make life easier and the team would talk it over. Price was not yet given.
What happened: Lewis Kerr and Hannah Lowe demoed the brain on 8 Dec 2025, connecting the CRM, order system and accounting system. Jacinta Hoad and Riley Tran asked about security, freshness, training, extra users and support.
Customer view: Jacinta said she currently pulls reports and cross-checks them by hand. She expects six to eight users, well inside the 15 users Starter includes.
Commercial: Cost was left for a proposal, with a fixed-fee implementation of about four weeks then an annual subscription. Premium support and the on-site training day are possible add-ons, and no commitment was made.
Watch: The answer was to talk it over, and Riley expects technical questions once he digs in. The call does not show a price, a decision date or who signs.

Transcript
- Lewis Kerr NoneMorning everyone. Thanks for joining. So this is a demo of the brain: you've asked to see how it pulls together your store accounts, delivery and credit data, and we'll walk through it on your systems. Riley, you'll be sharing the screen?
- Riley Tran NoneYeah, I'll drive.
- Hannah Lowe NoneGreat. So to be precise, we're going to connect your CRM: where you keep store accounts and contact data: your order system, and the accounting system. That's three connectors. All running inside your Snowflake.
- Jacinta Hoad NoneRight. And that's secure, is it?
- Hannah Lowe NoneAll of it runs inside your own Snowflake account. You stay in control of the data; nothing leaves your environment.
- Jacinta Hoad NoneOK, good.
- Hannah Lowe NoneSo the short answer is: if Jacinta gets a call from a store, she types the store name here, and the brain brings back that store's account details, recent orders, any outstanding debt, and any support conversations. All in one place.
- Hannah Lowe NoneThe longer answer is that you can ask the brain complex questions. Like, 'show me all South Australian stores with orders in the last month but unpaid invoices over thirty days old.' It'll answer that in seconds.
- Jacinta Hoad NoneThat's useful. Right now I'd be pulling reports and cross-checking them by hand.
- Riley Tran NoneHow often is the data fresh?
- Hannah Lowe NoneNightly complete refresh, by seven in the morning, Adelaide time, on business days. So you're never more than overnight behind.
- Lewis Kerr NoneAnd in terms of users, this is Starter, which comes with 15 users. How many people in your team would use this?
- Jacinta Hoad NoneCustomer service is maybe four or five of us. Finance might want in occasionally. So probably six to eight.
- Lewis Kerr NonePlenty of room. And on the implementation side, that's four weeks, usually. We build the connectors, set up a test environment, and you go live. Fixed fee for that; then the annual subscription.
- Riley Tran NoneWhat kind of training do we get?
- Hannah Lowe NoneStarter includes written guides and a call with us to walk through the search and basic usage. If you'd like a day on-site with your team, that's an add-on.
- Jacinta Hoad NoneAnd if we want to add more users later, how does that work?
- Lewis Kerr NoneThere's an add-on for ten additional users. You can add them anytime; we bill it pro-rata.
- Jacinta Hoad NoneRight. So what's the cost? Implementation and annual?
- Lewis Kerr NoneI'll send a proposal after this with the numbers. But roughly, implementation is a fixed fee upfront, and then Starter is an annual recurring cost. Happy to walk you through it once you've had a think.
- Riley Tran NoneAnd the support, if something breaks?
- Hannah Lowe NoneEmail support on Starter. We aim to get back to you within four business hours. Premium support is faster, if you need it.
- Lewis Kerr NoneSo is this something you'd like to move forward on?
- Jacinta Hoad NoneYeah, I think so. It'd make our lives easier. Let us talk it over and we'll get back to you.
- Lewis Kerr NonePerfect. I'll send the proposal over today, and we can schedule another call for next week if you'd like. Any final questions?
- Riley Tran NoneI'll probably have some technical questions once I dig in.
- Lewis Kerr NoneJust send them through and Hannah or I can help.
