Transcript
- Hannah LoweHi everyone, thanks for joining. I'm Hannah from BG-Demo. I'm going to walk you through how the brain works with your data. Is everyone on?
- Kayla RamirezYep, we're here.
- Hannah LoweGreat. So I've pulled your ticketing data and your product usage over the last three months. What I want to show you is how we connect those two things, so you can answer questions like 'which customers are quiet in tickets but active in the product' or 'which ones have high ticket volume but low usage'.
- Hector VillarrealHow do you pull the data?
- Hannah LoweTo be precise, we build connectors to your systems. In your case, we'd pull directly from the helpdesk and from your product analytics. Everything lands in your Snowflake account in your own cloud, so you own it completely.
- Hector VillarrealYour Snowflake or yours?
- Hannah LoweYour Snowflake. We run inside your account. You control the access, the data retention, everything. The short answer is it's your data, full stop.
- Kayla RamirezOkay, that's good. So what does this actually look like when we use it?
- Hannah LoweSo let me share my screen. You'll see we've got a search interface and some chat. You just ask a question in plain language, like 'show me customers with more than ten tickets and zero logins in the last month', and the brain answers it.
- Kayla RamirezCan we build dashboards?
- Hannah LoweStarter doesn't include the dashboard builder, but that's something you can add later. For now you're working with search and chat, which gets you pretty far.
- Hector VillarrealHow often is the data refreshed?
- Hannah LoweNightly, complete by 07:00 your local time on business days. So your brain wakes up every morning with fresh data.
- Kayla RamirezAnd if something breaks? Like, what if the helpdesk connector stops working?
- Hannah LoweWe monitor it. If a connector goes down, you'll know in the morning report. There's also an SLA, for Starter, first response is four business hours.
- Kayla RamirezOkay. And if we want to add more users later?
- Hannah LoweEasy. Starter comes with 15 users. You can add more as you grow.
- Kayla RamirezAlright. So you've got our tickets and usage here, how good is the data quality? Does it look right to you?
- Hannah LoweYeah, it's clean. Your helpdesk and Salesforce are well structured. I notice some variation in how tickets are tagged, but nothing that breaks the queries.
- Hector VillarrealWhat about security? How do you handle access controls?
- Hannah LoweFor Starter, it's basic role access within your Snowflake. Everyone on your team gets the same view. If you need row-level security or SSO, that's Enterprise.
- Kayla RamirezGot it. So for Starter we're all seeing the same data.
- Hannah LoweCorrect.
- Hector VillarrealAny other integrations we should know about?
- Hannah LoweStarter supports four connectors: so tickets, your analytics, Salesforce... you've got one more slot. You could pull email, calls, or anything else you need.
- Kayla RamirezOkay. This is really helpful. I think we want to move forward. What's the next step?
- Jordan PikeGreat. So from here, I'll send you a formal proposal with the numbers, £22,000 a year plus the implementation. You'll review it with Jeff, we'll have a quick call to tie up any details, then we'll get paperwork signed and kick off.
- Kayla RamirezHow long is the whole process from here to live?
- Jordan PikeImplementation is four weeks once we sign. So if we close in mid-May, you're live by mid-June.
- Kayla RamirezThat timeline works for us.
- Jordan PikePerfect. I'll get the proposal out by end of week and we'll sync in a couple of weeks with you and Jeff to run through the numbers. Sound good?
- Kayla RamirezYep.
- Jordan PikeThanks, both. Talk soon.
