What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26On 4 Dec 2025 Haddon Rook asked for quarterly payments and a three-year commitment. Owen Tallis agreed both with no change to the first-year price. Janice Haddon said it works, and the order form is next.
What happened: Janice and Sandra Neale asked for quarterly payments and a longer commitment. Owen Tallis accepted both and kept the first-year price at twenty-six nine all-in.
Customer view: Spencer Gaunt confirmed the deal as three years, quarterly payments and pricing reviewed at each renewal. Janice then said it works for them.
Commercial: Pricing for year two was left open until renewal, so the customer has stability on term but no fixed future price. The order form decides what is contracted.
Watch: The evidence does not show the order form being signed. Until then the terms are a verbal agreement.

Transcript
- Tom Ashdown NoneRight, everyone on? Good. So we've had the proposal out for a couple of weeks. Janice, Sandra, anything you wanted to talk through?
- Janice Haddon NoneYeah, a couple of points. The scope is good, but we're wondering about flexibility on payment terms and commitment length.
- Sandra Neale NoneOur finance team prefer quarterly payments rather than upfront annual. And we'd like a longer commitment, three years maybe.
- Owen Tallis NoneThree years is great. On the payment side, we can do quarterly. You'd still pay for the full year, it's just spread across the quarters. No extra cost.
- Janice Haddon NoneAnd the price stays the same?
- Owen Tallis NoneYeah, twenty-six nine all-in for year one. The quarterly split is just for cash flow. Once we're in the contract, you've got the three-year commitment and payment flexibility sorted.
- Sandra Neale NoneWhat about year two and three?
- Owen Tallis NoneAt renewal, so twelve months from when you sign, we'd come back with pricing for year two. But the three-year commitment gives you stability and us confidence in the relationship.
- Spencer Gaunt NoneSo to be clear: we commit for three years, pay quarterly, and pricing gets reviewed at each renewal?
- Owen Tallis NoneRight. And we'd talk about usage, value, whether you want to upgrade tiers or add connectors, all that comes into play at renewal.
- Tom Ashdown NoneThis all goes into the order form, by the way. So you'll have the commitment in writing, no ambiguity.
- Janice Haddon NoneAnd the implementation, that's still four weeks?
- Tom Ashdown NoneYep. Four weeks from when you sign the order form. Laura will be in touch within a day or two to get the calendar locked in.
- Sandra Neale NoneWho do I speak to about getting the order form signed?
- Tom Ashdown NoneThat's me. I'll get it over to you today once we've agreed terms here. You sign it, send it back, and we're live in four weeks.
- Janice Haddon NoneOkay. I think that works for us.
- Owen Tallis NoneBrilliant. Tom's got this from here, he'll get you the order form with the three-year commitment and quarterly payment terms locked in. Anything else from you?
- Janice Haddon NoneNo, I think that covers it. Cheers.
- Tom Ashdown NoneCheers all. Speak soon.
