Transcript
- Tom AshdownJanice, Spencer, good to have you both. I've got the proposal here, shall I walk you through it?
- Janice HaddonPlease do.
- Tom AshdownSo, Starter tier: four connectors, up to fifteen users, the pages builder, nightly refreshes. The all-in cost for the first year is twenty-six thousand nine hundred.
- Janice HaddonAnd what's the payment structure?
- Tom AshdownAnnual in advance, so that's twenty-six nine upfront on signing. Then at your renewal date next year, you'd renew for the subscription year. But that's all in writing on the order form.
- Spencer GauntHow long is the implementation?
- Tom AshdownFour weeks. Laura will work with you: she'll configure your connectors, set up permissions, user access, all of that. You should be live well before the new year.
- Janice HaddonAnd the renewal terms?
- Tom AshdownAnnual, in advance. We give you ninety days' notice before your renewal date, so no surprises. You've got a chance to review usage, see if you want to move tiers or add connectors.
- Spencer GauntWhat about support? If something goes wrong?
- Tom AshdownStarter includes standard support. Esther, your CSM, she's your first point of contact. Any issues with connectors, the refresh, anything, you reach out to her. We aim to respond within four business hours for Starter.
- Janice HaddonWhat if we need faster response?
- Tom AshdownPremium support is an add-on, that's one hour response. But honestly, for most issues, four hours is pretty solid. You're not going to wake up with data issues, the brain refreshes nightly, so your day starts with fresh data.
- Spencer GauntAnd if we want to add users or connectors later?
- Tom AshdownYou can add them anytime. Extra users or connectors get charged on a per-item basis. It's all flexible, you just reach out to Esther or me.
- Janice HaddonRight. What's next?
- Tom AshdownI'll get this proposal formally over to you today, you'll get a PDF with all the terms. Have a read, chat with your team, and if you're happy, we'll get an order form drawn up. Then Laura comes in and we lock in the implementation schedule. Sound good?
- Spencer GauntYeah, sounds good. Cheers, Tom.
- Tom AshdownBrilliant. I'll send that over within the hour. Cheers both.
