What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Anya Petrova demoed the brain on Haddon Rook's Salesforce, call and delivery data. Spencer Gaunt and Tyler Brookes accepted the nightly refresh and agreed to a proposal, with go-live before the new year.
What happened: Anya Petrova showed Spencer Gaunt and Tyler Brookes the brain over their own Salesforce, call recordings and delivery data. Janice Haddon, the Managing Director, was not on this call.
Customer view: Spencer asked for separate views so dispatch does not see finance. Tyler asked about outages and sync speed, and said a nightly refresh by seven "works for us".
Commercial: Tom Ashdown said Starter includes four connectors and offered to add more later. He promised a proposal, and the customer accepted a go-live before the new year.
Watch: no price or contract was discussed, and the evidence does not show the proposal being sent. Role-based views must be scoped in implementation.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Tom Ashdown to send the proposal to Spencer Gaunt.
- Laura to set the implementation calendar once the customer is happy, aiming for go-live before the new year.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Janice Haddon was absent, so the commercial decision-maker has not seen the demo.
- The four Starter connectors are a hard limit, and the customer may want more later.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Role-based views for dispatch, operations and finance could justify extra users or a larger tier.
- Further connectors or a daily ops board in Pages could deepen use after go-live.
Transcript
- Tom AshdownRight then, good to see you both. How's the week been?
- Spencer GauntCan't complain. Tyler's just got on, by the way.
- Tom AshdownBrilliant. Right, so Anya's going to walk you through the brain on your actual data. Anya, over to you.
- Anya PetrovaMorning Spencer, Tyler. So what you're looking at here is your Salesforce, your call recordings and your delivery data all in one layer. Normally you'd bounce between three systems. With the brain, you ask once. Let me share my screen, can you see that?
- Spencer GauntYep, all clear.
- Anya PetrovaRight. So here's your Salesforce with your active accounts. We've indexed your calls from the call recorder over the past quarter. Now if you ask the brain about delivery exceptions at a customer, it can tell you what's in the CRM plus what was said on calls with them. All one search.
- Tyler BrookesSo instead of us manually hunting through the call system?
- Anya PetrovaExactly. You ask the brain. Let me show you a sample. If I search 'exceptions discussed in calls', I get a dashboard with every reference, by customer, with call dates and speakers. You can drill in and listen to the clip if you need it.
- Spencer GauntCan we set up different views for different teams? I want dispatch to see one thing, but not the finance side.
- Anya PetrovaAbsolutely. You define the roles, we honour them. Dispatch sees calls and exceptions, operations sees calls and customer health. It all gets set up during the implementation.
- Tom AshdownThat's where Laura comes in: she'll work out the connectors, the permissions, the whole setup. Four weeks with us for Starter.
- Anya PetrovaAnd once it's live, you've got Esther as your CSM. Questions, a connector hiccup, anything, you just reach out.
- Tyler BrookesWhat if the call system goes down? Do we lose the data?
- Anya PetrovaNo, the brain has a snapshot. What refreshes nightly is anything new from your systems, normally complete by seven in the morning.
- Spencer GauntOkay. What else can it do?
- Anya PetrovaPages, a free-form dashboard space. Say you wanted a daily ops board: calls this week, exceptions by route, at-risk customers. You build that once, no coding, drag and drop. Everyone sees it the same way every morning.
- Spencer GauntAnd that's automatically updating from all the systems?
- Anya PetrovaNightly from the refresh.
- Tom AshdownJust so you know, Starter gives you four connectors. Salesforce, call recorder, your accounting system, email. If you want more later, we can add them.
- Spencer GauntTyler, anything you want to ask?
- Tyler BrookesHow quick is the sync? Real-time?
- Anya PetrovaNightly, so by seven every morning. Not real-time, but you're current by start of business.
- Tyler BrookesThat works for us.
- Tom AshdownRight, so next steps, I'll get a proposal over to you. Once you're happy, Laura will lock in the implementation calendar. Looking to have you live before the new year. How does that sound?
- Spencer GauntYeah, that works for us. Cheers, Tom.
- Tom AshdownBrilliant. Speak soon.
