What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ravel-Delmotte Logistique wants dispatch, Salesforce and email connected so numbers match. Priya Raman quoted Growth at £56k for year one including £12k implementation; the customer called it fair and a demo is planned for early June.
What happened: Priya Raman ran a discovery call on 30 Apr 2025 with Camille Lefebvre and Olivier Delmotte. They described manual data pulling and numbers that differ between dispatch and Salesforce.
Customer view: Camille wants to trust what she is looking at, and about thirty users across operations and finance would use it. Olivier mentioned margin by route as a planning goal.
Commercial: Priya offered Growth, with forty users, eight connectors and an eight week implementation. First year all-in was quoted as £56k, of which £12k is implementation. Camille said that feels fair.
Watch: Olivier said May is busy, so the demo is aimed at early June. The evidence does not show a budget holder or a rival.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Priya Raman to send the standard systems questions and book a demo for early June.
- Ravel-Delmotte to return answers on connectors and data volumes.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The demo slips to early June, so momentum could cool.
- The customer still owes answers on systems and data volumes.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Growth tier for about thirty users, with room for more connectors.
- Margin by route forecasting could justify dashboards and later expansion.
Transcript
- Priya RamanHi Camille, Olivier, thanks for making the time. Can you hear me okay?
- Camille LefebvreYes, loud and clear. Thanks for setting this up.
- Olivier DelmotteGood morning.
- Priya RamanGreat. So, as I mentioned in my last note, we're BG-Demo, we help logistics businesses connect all their data in one place, so your team can ask questions instead of chasing spreadsheets across systems. I thought today we'd talk about what's keeping you up at night with your current setup, and whether we might be a fit. Sound good?
- Camille LefebvreYeah, that's good. We've got quite a few moving parts here: dispatch system, Salesforce, email: and honestly, when someone asks for visibility across all of it, we're still doing a lot of manual work.
- Priya RamanThat's really common. How many people are involved in those conversations? Like, who's typically the one pulling the data together?
- Olivier DelmotteIt's mostly our operations team, Camille and a couple of colleagues: and then when finance needs numbers, they have to come to us. It's slow.
- Camille LefebvreRight. And sometimes the numbers don't match, which is frustrating. The dispatch system has one view, Salesforce has another. We want to trust what we're looking at.
- Priya RamanThat disconnect is exactly what we solve. So let me ask, what systems are you most keen to connect? You mentioned dispatch, Salesforce, email...
- Camille LefebvreThose three, mainly. We also have Xero for accounting, but that's more of a nice-to-have.
- Priya RamanGood. And do you do any forecasting or planning off that data, or is it mostly reporting?
- Olivier DelmotteA bit of both. We're trying to get better at predicting margin by route, but right now it's quite manual.
- Priya RamanOkay. And on the user side, how many people would actually be asking questions or looking at dashboards regularly?
- Camille LefebvreIf we had the right tool? I'd say maybe thirty across operations and finance. Maybe a couple more from the management team.
- Priya RamanPerfect. So we offer a couple of tiers. The Growth plan covers forty users and eight connectors: so Salesforce, Xero, your dispatch system, email, and we'd have room for a couple more if you think of them. It comes with dashboards so your team can build their own views without waiting for a report, plus you'd get quarterly check-ins with our team to make sure you're getting value.
- Olivier DelmotteAnd the implementation: how long does that take, and what's involved?
- Priya RamanGood question. Growth tier is eight weeks, and we handle all the heavy lifting: connectors, data mapping, making sure everything's talking to each other. Then we run a training day with your team so they know how to use it.
- Camille LefebvreThat sounds manageable.
- Priya RamanOn pricing, the Growth plan is fifty-six thousand for the first year, that's twelve thousand for implementation and the rest is your annual subscription. It renews every year, and if your needs grow, we can add more users or connectors.
- Olivier DelmotteSo the twelve is separate, or is that already in the fifty-six?
- Priya RamanIt's in the fifty-six. So first year all-in, including the work to build it, is fifty-six thousand.
- Camille LefebvreThat feels fair. What's the next step from here?
- Priya RamanGreat question. So ideally I'd love to do a demo, show you the brain in action on some data like yours. We can do that on your own data if you're comfortable sharing a sample, so you see how it actually looks. Then if you're keen, we move to a proposal and get things signed. Do you have time for a demo in the next few weeks?
- Olivier DelmotteWe're pretty busy in May, but probably early June would work.
- Priya RamanPerfect. I'll get something in the diary, probably a week or two out so we have time to slot in the demo. In the meantime, we'll need a bit of info on your systems: connectors, rough data volumes, and I'll send you our standard questions. Sound good?
- Camille LefebvreYep, that's fine.
- Priya RamanBrilliant. I'll send that over today, and we'll aim for early June for the demo. Thanks so much for your time: really interesting to chat, and I think we can genuinely help here.
- Olivier DelmotteThanks, Priya. We'll get back to you with the answers.
- Priya RamanGreat. Cheers, both.
